Excellent Hotel Stay In Ho Chi Minh”
I was browsing Agoda's webiste and came across Thien Xuan Hotel and have a great stay in this hotel. We booked the Suite room with 1 king bed and 1 super single bed. The room is really big as shown on the website, with big bathtub and balcony. The view from the balcony is excellent, especially during night time as there are buildings with beautiful lights and even can see some hotel's roof top bar. One surprise is the hotel provide simple high tea that warm our heart. We can have a slice of cake and coffee before going out or back from shopping in the afternoon. The high tea cakes and tarts are make by their in house chef, Thanh (I think this is the name), quite nice. Room service is excellent, they replenish everything and discard used toothbrush. Location is good, really can access to all the places as they mentioned. Recommend to stay in this hotel.

Our oasis in HCMC (Saigon)”
This older hotel in great location in District 1 was our oasis in big city Saigon. Good value for our quiet junior suite room and great walkability to most sights, shopping and local food. Four doors down from an alley with great local restaurants. Great view from our window and could see Ben Thanh Market one block away. Fantastic buffet breakfast with large assortment of western and Asian choices. Seems mostly Asian clientale but very nice helpful staff who spoke English.. Recent new hotel owners so renovations being planned this year. Hotel car was available for airport transport and safer than taxi. Very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean, the staffs are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is really good. Great value for money. Also, the hotel is located in district 1, a walking distance to a lot of major tourist attractions like, Notre Dame, Central Post Office, Independence Palace, People’s Committee Hall, the Opera House, Ben Thanh Market and several Museums.

Good value hotel”
I booked the cheapest possible room without windows but they gave me one with windows during my stay (upgraded my room) without extra charge. The view was really good and the staff was nice. The breakfast selection was not that diverse, expect Vietnamese dishes. Overall, good stay, good value for money.

Great location and friendly staff ”
I stayed here for two nights in the smallest, windowless room they had. The room was clean and quiet. AC is a little weak in the room but it was manageable. The hotel is within walking distance to the Ben Thanh market and night market after 7pm. Front staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Tour prices are a little bit higher than the stores nearby so be sure to shop around before booking with the hotel.

It was very clean, very organized and the staff were very friendly - just that the language is not there! Just a few steps away you could get to the night market, food kiosks and even Circle K is in front of the hotel ! Great place!

The staff was the best part of the hotel! Everyone was very helpful and always happy. My young daughter got really sick on the second to last day of our trip and we had to return home early. The staff at the front desk were understanding and helped us get a refund for our last night of the hotel, even though they didn’t have to. The facilities were clean and the location is central (walking distance) to the tourist highlights of the city. Would return here!

Their staffs are very friendly and helpful. Good in service. The Ben Than Market is only walking distance, very convenient especially if you bring along with elderly people. If your room is located near the lift and staircase, there would be a bit noisy. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

Strategic location, walking distance to Cho Ben Thanh and places to eat.. worked very well for us to walk around with a 2yr old. All the staff at front desk were helpful and even helped to recommend places to eat and where to buy things. Breakfast was good enough for us - loved how the eggs were cooked!

Good location for traveler”
We have nothing to complain after 2 nights staying here, where we can access to most famous tourist sites in Saigon between 1 and 5 minutes! Breakfasts are excelent too. When we checked out, we required an official receipt but they asked for an addition of 10% to the original charges, which was already included on their agoda quote. Not very happy with that style, but will be no problem for foreigners.
