The updates and renovations were good, but not updated all the way. The bathroom was nicely remodeled and had a walk in shower instead of a tub, which my mother-in-law especially appreciated. But, the room had somewhat mismatched furniture and styles, some new, some old. Seemed like new paint, but the carpet left something to be desired. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and the location is very nice and centrally located near enough to walk most places. The kids enjoyed the pool, though it was fairly busy, even on a weekday. The breakfast however, I would just say, don't count on it as a satisfying meal for your day. Some things were ok, but mainly because it's hard to mess up cold cereal and juice. Basic pastries and yogurt were ok. But skip the cold, uncooked sausage and biscuits and gravy paste. But, it was a pretty good overall value.

If you book a "standard" room, it is not a fully remodeled room. We are looking forward to making those final changes come spring of 2019, but for now those rooms are lacking new carpet and paint. If you book "executive" or "deluxe" you will get the fully remodeled version. Just a little tip for your next McCall getaway. We hope to see you again soon! Until then, take care.

It was shown to have high reviews, but I found it to be just a basic hotel. Room was clean, but the bathroom is poorly laid out. Bathroom door has to be closed to open shower door, which swings out into the toilet. Nothing special here, just a place to sleep.

Arrived one hour before checkin time. Was scolded and told my room wasn't ready until 3pm. How did he know this, I had not told him my name yet. Note on counter stated use lobby phone for service. It didn't work so I had to ring a bell.

Nice Location ”
This hotel offers a free hot breakfast in a large room, which is very nice to start your day! They also have free coffee in the lobby 24/7. The hotel is walking distance to several restaurants and the lake! There is an indoor pool/jacuzzi; however, it was taken over by an ice hockey team and their families so we were unable to use it. They were sooo loud you could hear them in the parking lot! Glad they had fun, sad we didn’t get to enjoy it!

Best Price around for a nice room”
I was pleasantly surprised at the amenities for the price of the room. Simple room but comfortable. A little on the dark side, could use some more lighting. Staff was willing to change booked room at my request. Next time I'd request an inside room. Hotel is located right on the entrance into McCall so traffic noise can be distracting at 6 am. Otherwise I'd stay here again.
