The rooms were far more expensive than what was expected (a 4 star hotel price for a 2~3 star room), breakfast was average, there were way too many group tours doing company outings(?) that the whole place maintains for these corporates rather than visitors.. each rides are 150 (yikes!) they do give out free coupons for each room but the rides/activities are not so suitable for below 10 year olds.. however, the October breeze, the mountains, and all the staff was super hospitable and friendly

Aged hotel with broken hair dryer & strain towels. Wish that the staff could speak english to communicate better. Cafe closes early with no food options if you do not drive.

The hotel & resort are old but they try to maintain it. I like that they try to create a story about cowboys and native Americans. No food after 6 pm though and we need to order Grab. When asking for spoons or forks, they said that they were not available for guests and they sold paper bowls and plates and plastic spoons and forks as a package instead. So, we needed to buy that pack. There are around 6 tickets available for doing activities at the resort but if we want to play more, we need to buy tickets. Little kids like 3 or 6 years old can't play a lot. They can do only 2-3 activities. So, it may be suitable for teens or adults instead of little kids. Good view with mountains and good foods at their restaurants. Overall, we feel ok but it is still relatively expensive for us (I mean compared with a room with the same money at Pattaya, the quality of the room here is not as beautiful and well-equipped as a room in Pattaya for example.) Not so suitable for old people because the place is quite spread out and needs a lot of walking. They try to accommodate by providing a mini-golf car.

ได้มาในราคาสองพันนิดๆ แต่กลับได้ห้องที่ไม่ตรงกับในรูป ในรูปป็นรถบ้านสีขาวๆแต่พอไปถึงดันได้รถบ้านแบบอื่นที่อยู่ข้างๆกัน เราก็คาดหวังว่าจะได้ห้องเดียวกับในรูปอะ แต่อย่างอื่นโอเคหมดเลยค่ะ ห้องสะอาด แอร์เย็น มีอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกเยอะ ในที่พักก็บรรยากาศดีมีกิจกรรมเยอะ ขอติอีกอย่างคือในกิจกรรมบูธแต่งตัวถ่ายรูป คือไม่ทราบว่าที่นี่รับเด็กพาร์ทไทม์หรือฝึกงานมาจากโรงเรียนไหนแต่ไม่สนใจลูกค้าเลย ค่าแต่งตัวถ่ายรูปก็150บาทนะคะ ในบูธมีเด็กอยู่4คน ทำงานอยู่คนเดียว มาแนะนำแค่คนเดียว ที่เหลือนั่งเล่นกันแถมยังเปิดเพลงคุยกันเสียงดังอีกต่างหาก
