Big pool, beautiful bungalow with a huge garden! Free shuttle to airport, breakfast is really good! Restaurant at five minutes walk as also very good! I do a haircut on marco’s hair dresser and he is really good! Fantastic!

Everything is new and working. Hot water, AC, good bed, nice surrounding. The hotel offers free transfer to the airport. It is perfect place to stay before or after a flight. Would recommend to skip Medan if you can and stay in this place.

Service could be improved”
Airport pick-up needs to be improved. We have stayed here a few times and there is always a mix-up or delay when we request for pick up. Also during this stay we arrived at our room and the key could not open the door. The staff had to go back and forth a few times to rectify this. Rooms are clean and comfortable, as expected.

Very nice Transit Hotel”
Stayed in Thong's Inn five times, every time we were pleased by friendly staff, clean rooms, reliable wake-up calls, fast airport transfers and affordable prices. the big garden is a real eye-catcher, as will be the big swimming pool, when finished next year or earlier. Will be back for sure.

Initially efficient and helpful staff However language problems when an issue arose Google translate was needed Deluxe room fitted to a high standard on first and ground floor had many dead insects beneath head end of beds Appeared to be result of a fumigation as do many identical dead insects With much research( as I was concerned about bed bugs ) it was decided they were harmless Had a good night's sleep and enjoyed efficient check out and early airport transit Good breakfast but dinning area very canteen like

Great place for an overnight near the airport”
Thongs Inn is a truly nice hotel. The room was huge, the bed was soft, the bathroom spacious with a separate shower, etc. After budget traveling for over a year, it was like checking into a 5 star hotel. The food was good in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was great and we ate dinner the previous night. We will definitely stay here again if we need to be close to the Medan airport.

Near Kualanamu airport”
this hotel is about 15mins drive from Kualanamu airport. Really suitable for those who have early flights. They have free airport pickup which is very convenient for me who arrive late in Kualanamu. The compound is very big, they even have small playground for kids. I'm expecting the decorations to be more Indonesian feel instead of Chinese though since we're in Indonesia. I got the room with something like a chalet/cabin. Room and bathroom are great. The staff were really accommodating. Overall, I'm really satisfied with this hotel.

＋ Free transport between the hotel and KNO airport. Hot water is available. Well educated staffs. Very clean and cozy. － It took about 20 minutes to find the staff who would guide me to the hotel although i had already wrote what my looks was like.

Excellent room”
We stayed twice, in the deluxe (cheapest) rooms. They are in a hotel block at the end of the resort. Room was a great surprise - big, really clean, comfy white bedding, nice bathroom, AC and TV (once with English films!) It was a Western business standard hotel room. It was peaceful and we slept well. The downsides are that the restaurant is not great - few veggie options and often sold out. The wifi didnt reach our room so we had to go to the restaurant. Reception staff are great, and the free airport shuttle is a big bonus. The resort is large and kind of unusual, but nice. We thought it was great value. Would recommend and stay again.

Positive: Near airport, FREE airport service, easy/fast check-in/out procedure,nice & kids friendly landscape & surrounding (more like resort than transit hotel), excellent staffs, room is clean & cozy, FREE & FAST internet/wifi. Negative: Hotel location is tricky to find (need more/bigger street sign on the main road prior turning into smaller road to the location),NEED MORE lighting on the walkway leading to hotel rooms since it's far from main building & look dark at night,NEED to put room numbers direction,need more ATM machines, need more TV channels. Can't comment on foods/breakfast (since I didn't eat at the properti) & the swimming pool (got swimming pool at the properti?).
