Awesome facility & staff”
The facility was awesome. The staff was very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and the room was cleaned & stocked very well. The best part was the price. Very satisfied with such reasonable price for what we got. I went swimming on December 17. Back in the US many states are getting snow & freezing weather. We were very satisfied with our stay.

I checked in with my Agoda number and passport ready, 7-8 minutes later they finally found my booking receipt. The office was very disorganized and people seem uncomfortable and lack confidence with their job. The room was around a pool and behind a few other rooms. My young child can't walk alone as there are no borders or fences keeping him from running straight into the pool. The walk to the room was not covered so I was soaked as it was raining, and parking is quite far from the room. Once inside the staff could not get the air-conditioner to turn on. While she was gone getting new batteries for the perfectly good remote we found a breaker on the wall which switched on the air unit. Check-out was just as painfully slow and unorganized as the maid would not respond to the numerous calls on the walkie talkie. Not my favorite hotel Dirty bathroom poorly maintained bathroom.

It is lovely resort, good for group meeting and combine with Golf programme. New meeting room, can accommodate the big group. There are villas for family. I love 360 degree view.

This is a hotel which i would rate 3/5. View was good. The resort is quite but the rooms were not as good as it's shown online . there were multiple bugs and ants in room and bathroom. overall good for only 1 day stay. Breakfast was pretty decent. The staff was courteous and helpful.

I arrived at about 7pm. It was a long distance away from the main road. Very quiet and secluded.. No one was there. There was only one counter staff and she had gone out for dinner. Luckily she came back in a while to check in for us. The place was very clean

Hotel room not good”
Lots of ants on floor, toilet bowl cannot flush well, kept flushing after use till water runs out, shower water was not hot especially on cold weather and was freezing cold, also no room heater when December weather is so cold, reception couldn’t speak English, breakfast food was so cold.

Cleanliness is poor. There are ants and insects in the bathroom. Balcany and outside sitting area are dusty and a lot of bird poos. swimming pool has leaves bugs and feathers floating around. Restaurant floor and toilets are not clean. Even though the place was quiet. However they should maintain the cleanliness of room and facilities before the guests arrive. Staff are not friendly, don't have sense of hospitality.

ไปงาน EFM ที่พักใกล้ดิโอเชี่ยนเขาใหญ่ ใกล้ถนนใหญ่ เดินทางออกมาร้านอาหารร้านดังร้านใหญ่ ใกล้ๆหลายร้าน ห้องพักหันหน้าเข้าหาเลค(สระน้ำ) ห้องกว้างมาก สะอาด ในห้องมีอ่างน้ำอาบ ไม่มีโต๊ะกระจกแต่งตัวต้องแต่งในห้องน้ำ ไม่มีไดร์ เงียบสงบ วิวโดยรวมสวยดี มีสระว่ายน้ำ อาหารเช้าวันที่ไปแขกน้อยเลยได้เป็นอาหารเซต พนักงานบริการดี เอาใจใส่ยิ้มแย้ม
