The area was lovely, nice & quiet. Wendy was very friendly & accommodating. It was pet friendly.
The furnishings & appliances were old. The advertising really should say the room is joined with the house only by a door, it didn't feel very private & with kids I felt they had to be quiet

Wonderful host, comprehensive base for living and working operations, and a refuge and sanctuary.”

For a small one room studio, this unit has everything you might need. Great full sized fridge, nice cooktop with plenty of gear, and a washing machine and clothes airer. It has a dedicated pathway to the door, and we were able to do contactless payment and check in. There is a comfy lounge, an excellent firm bed, and a kitchen table with four chairs.
We liked everything. Renting this place has been a godsend to our pandemic lockdown nightmare. I cannot say a word against it.

Cosy quiet comfortable stay.”

Property located in a quiet location. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything that was needed. There was a nice garden in the backyard to see outside from the window. The host was so very helpful, a very nice lady and she is always close by if anything is needed, she lives with her family at the address. I would totally recommend this accommodation to anyone who needs a quiet, comfortable stay in Thornleigh/Pennant Hills/Hornsby area. :-)

Cold, uncomfortable, with a depressing decor.”

Wendy was nice
The access was difficult, stepping stones through an overgrown garden. The unit was very cold, the air con not up to the task. The furniture was old and the sofa and chairs sagged. The bed was hard, the neighbors were noisy. I can't believe I had to pay a $200 bond for damage. I drove home on Saturday night rather than stay another night.
