The manager and staff are very helpful to me. They keep me safe and ensure that my stay will be excellent. They can improve on by putting CCTV cameras and include more selection in their buffet breakfast. Looking forward to book in this hotel when I comeback again in Vietnam.
If you want a quiet stay experience, Hoa Phat is the ideal hotel to stay. Conveniently less than 20mins ride from the airport cost less than 100K VND. Gigamall is the latest mall in Thu Duc district and it is less than 10mins ride from hotel. This is my several stays in Hoa Phat. The 1 bedroom apartment is fantastically spacious and cheap. A newly acquired hotel with slow progress to make customers happy. Agoda better think twice to represent this hotel because :- 1) No credit card facility 2) No breakfast at all 3) Most Staff with no english speaking skills 4)All signages are in vietnamese (totally lacking) 5) Very far from nearest food & entertainment - VinCom Plaza.Thu Duc which about 7.7 kms away

Very good cleaners ,Manager has great solid knowledge in culture, business communications, local area snd beyond new Owner and he has made the inside hotel good, standards are good only thing mattresses need renewing, as a new owner he will renew im sure, room 201
