Best Budget Hotel Around Kakkanad”
Had visited and stayed at this place twice. Both the times the experience was great. The property is neatly maintained and the staffs are very courteous. The restaurant near by is not operational and hence had to depend on online food delivery.

When I checked in we mentioned our booking nonsmoking room; hence our room was with the old stuff of cigerates with wild smell. There was no other vacant for exchange. So we used our room freshener for get relax from cigerate smell

I book in a deal, it didn’t say it was Non-AC room. They allocated me a non AC, which is very unfair, I booked it thinking it’s what I want without full disclosure on what I am getting. Images were also misleading. Washroom was dirty

This apartment is located very near to infopark and at prime location. The details given in the room description is misleading. They had mentioned it was an a/c room and when I got the room it is told that what I booked was a non a/c room and I had to pay an additional 200 rupees to get an a/c room.
