Staff did not know how to handle Agoda bookings, only Manager came and helped. Room was very nice and clean, but smoke smell in hall way and elevator. The location is good, close to subway.

직원들이 간단한 영어조차 하지 못하고, 청소도 해주지 않았음. 타올 가져다 달라는 말조차 모르고, 카운터에 몇번이나 내려가서 타올을 부탁했지만, 3번이나 지나서야 겨우 전해받음 위치적으로 좋긴 하지만, 역시 불편했었음

从洗漱台上的裂痕看出来是有点年头的店了，但是卫生条件还是很不错的，洗漱用品都很齐全，热水也很给力，空调可能是我不太会调，觉得不够暖，不过本身天气不冷就没有叫客房服务。房间里没有找到提示总台的内线号码于是打了外线，一次两块钱。没有免费矿泉水，但是有烧水壶。房间总体很舒适，离地铁站和五棵松体育馆很近，下次还会考虑的。
