STRATEGIC LOCATION AT AFFORDABLE PRICES”
There is no reception which I found out upon arrival but when you tell them which agent you have booked with they would direct the right person to you. When keys(One for the door and one for the lift & lobby access.) are given, I was asked for a deposit of MYR 200 which they said would be refunded upon checking out. No receipt was given.Hallway is humid and hot but the room is tastefully furnished. It has a bedroom, ensuite bathroom compelte with shower and bathtub, towels and toilettries, a pantry with microwave oven and kettle, the living room is furnished with wooden floor, leather sofa, flat screen tv and amazing view of KLCC. House keeping daily with towel change plus clearing the bins and bed being made. The pool area on the 15th floor is extensive coupled with spectacular views of Petronas Twin Towers and K.L tower. Excellent location and very accessible to shopping malls All in all, this apartment is worth the money i paid and i would definitely come again for my next trip to KL

Horrible experience”
This was our first time in Malaysia and our stay with time service suites was not less then a nightmare... Horrible service , no staff at night time to help out in emergency... Smelly rooms n pathetic condition of suites.. Total opposite from the pictures they have shown on page. My brother &this family with a small kid were looked inside the room for two hours n after giving the whole day they couldn't make it.. When we called Ahmed who was the care taker of the property didn't respond my calls at all... N when he came to give us the master key he was totally drunk end that he. Opulent understand a word at all. I will NEVER recommend this propert to anyone esp with family. Don't misunderstand this suites with Berjeya Time square as these ppl own few apartments in that hotel and are totally separate from the hotel... So much to write but words will be less to explain what trauma I went through.

Above average”
Property was well maintained but you don't get the services as a hotel guest. Firstly when we arrived no one helped us with the luggage. The staff were all foreign workers presumably from Bangladesh. We had 4 luggage and a toddler in hand and the staff just watched around. Than I had to make a call to the check in staff to make arrangements for our check in and in the email it was stated our room was in the east Tower but we were told to go to west tower and I had to walk with my 4 luggage and toddler in hand to the other side and was told to meet at the 15th level and someone would meet me to take me to my room. There, I waited and no one came and I had to call the check in staff and someone was sent over. The caretaker staff also a Bangaladeshi took us to our room. He gave the room access card and password and left. We were quite impressed with the room (Signature Suite). We requested for a baby cot later and was told they can only send it the next day which they did. Pantry had hot water maker but no coffee or tea was provided. House slipper were the plastic type which can be dangerous to be used in the toilet if the floor is wet. The next morning Wifi went dead and I had to call the check in staff again before the caretaker came. This happened for the next 2 days in the mornings and Wifi was restored much later. Calling the caretaker was really frustrating as his mobile engaged forever and he would not call back after messaging him. Though the room was very private and well quite maintained, it is the human touch and service that makes the difference between a mediocre and private suite apartment and Times Suite at Times Square has a long way to go.

Not convenient ”
Not convenient place to stay. No housekeeping. No reception to ask for help. No free parking for residents. No easy in & out entry to the lobby. Must use keycard everytime. The only good thing is its location.
