After sending quite a few requests to get a room with a view, upon arrival I was informed of an upgrade. The staff were very helpful informing about what sites to look at, where to watch out for pickpockets. The location is magnificent, with a nice view from the square by the hotel, but an even better view from the hotel (beg them for a room with a view). In terms of breakfast I opted not to order breakfast at the hotel, but this was my sole choice based on experience (in general I like eating out when away, and nibbling something small). The coffee in the room was perfect to have with some croissants bought at the nearby bakery, and enough to get you to your first lunch stop. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and bars (they all look and serve pretty much the same, though I had two different experiences with waiters, with one being very helpful, and the other being worse than Manuel from Fawlty Towers on a very bad hangover). During my stay the hotel was going through some refurbishment, but the works were very discreet and I only knew of them due to the builders racing me to the elevator. In general I will always reccomend Timhotel Montmartre.

TIMHOTEL TOPS MONTMARTRE”
My stay at Timhotel was very enjoyable. Our rooms were a little small with not much room around the bed but we slept well and enjoyed the facilities. We were half way up to Sacre Couer and Montmartre, not far from Pigalle so we were very happy with the location. There was also an excellent restaurant across the small tree-lined 'park" with views over the city.Eric was of great assistance to us and arranged an excursion to Versailles for us. He was very helpful. We were confused on the last morning because we were unaware of the time changes due to daylight saving ending and that had not been reinforced with us.

Great choice”
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for exploring Montmartre, with lovely views if you opt for a room with a view. The staff were friendly too, especially Marina who was lovely. Our only real criticism were the cardboard cups for tea/coffee in the room and the number of milk cartons were limited forcing us to ask for some more at reception each evening. Overall though, we loved the hotel and have no hesitation in coming again. Many thanks for a great stay.

Great little hotel with fantastic location, clean and simple room a great place to relax after a day out shopping and sightseeing. Easy access to metro, Sacre Coeur, and the whole Montmartre area. Rooms were small (we stayed 3 adults in one room) but they were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small and the shower curtain broken, but all was clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful except for one guy one the phone for 10 minutes while we were waiting to ask for help.

Quaint and lovely”
What a lovely hotel on the hill in Montmarte. Don't expect huge rooms, this is Paris after all, but what a clever use of space. We also had a balcony with views of the Sacre Courre. Being able to see the lights at night was really special. The hotel went above and beyond by providing a special treat for mine and my husband's wedding anniversary. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. The kettle in the room with complimentary tea and coffee was very welcome and appreciated.The bathroom is very spacious, it's just a pity the shower is so small when the space is so big. But that aside, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Ideal Base For Exploring Paris”
Lovely base for our visit to Paris. The hotel is situate in a quiet square with good restaurants and cafes close by. Beautiful Sacre Coeur is a 5 minute walk up the hill and the Metro 5 minutes down the hill. Our family consisted of 6 adults so we had 3 rooms on the 4th floor- 2 of the rooms were great, spacious with big beds and excellent views, unfortunately ours was the smallest of the 3 with the smallest bed but still very clean and functional. I put that down to the luck of the draw - you win some you lose some, it wouldn't stop me using this hotel again. One point to make is that this hotel would not suit those who have restricted movement, bad knees or don't like walking as you do have to go up or down hills whatever you decide to do. It's a great base for getting out and about Paris, we used the Metro lots without any trouble at all. All in all it was a lovely holiday celebrating a special birthday, which I would repeat in a flash.

A wonderful stay!”
Lovely hotel in an amazing area, the staff were very helpful and friendly and were able to check us in early, our room had just been finished being redecorated so everything was in perfect condition and looked perfect (much better than other hotels we've stayed in Paris for this price). The area outside our window was a bit of an attraction for people playing music and to gather, but still felt safe at night and was nice to open the window in the morning and hear the music playing. Only negative was that the stairs were still being redone so we had to get the lift (for 1 floor this felt extremely lazy and time wasting) and the repair works did seem to start quite early (9am) which if you didn't get back til late was a bit of a pain but overall no major complaints!! As mentioned before, seems much better value for size and quality than other Paris hotels and the location was nice to be in an area with character instead of soulless shopping districts

Friendly staff, but not worth the ‘full’ price”
This was a deal of the day from Agoda. 112€ instead of 324€ per night, find out the hotel name after booking. Seemed like a really good deal. In actual fact the room was advertised elsewhere as 160€ per night so although there was a price reduction, it was not what was advertised by agoda and I think that is a con. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, a mix up with them giving us a double bed room and a wait ( we were tired And just wanted to get a shower and rest our sore feet) for the twin we’d requested at booking, and that had been confirmed. Staff on the desk helpful and knowledgeable. Hotel situated next to a nice cafe bar and within easy walking of shops and restaurants. Great nights sleep.

lovely and romantic hotel”
thats our honeymoon trip in paris, very romantic location, we choose this hotel its because the location also only walking distance to go watch the show - moulin rouge. very peace area even though thats tourist area. we paid for upgrade from the 2nd floor to the top floor, the room we paid for upgrade was amazing, you can see the eiffel tower out from our window. breakfast was really nice, quite alot selection for a contnential breadfast, staff also very help and polite too.

More like 'Tiny-Timhotel'. ”
I understand that this hotel is in Paris and hotel rooms are notoriously small. We had booked a Superior Double but you could barely swing a budgie (A small Australian parrot) in the space we were given. This hotel is in a great location in the Montmartre area of Paris with many restaurants, bars and tourist sites close by.

The window of my room was looking at the wall in front and had no view, despite I booked and paid a room few months earlier. Nothing similar to those viewes, which are shown on promo photos and attract a lot to this particular hotel.

Cozy hotel on charming square.”
A very unique hotel on a cobblestone square. Very friendly staff. Our room was small but had the amenities we needed. We were able to enjoy a lovely dinner just one minutes walk across the square and were within a quick walk to the other local sites.

The hotel was a nice hotel we had room on 4th floor with a little balcony,room very small and when we got in to our room was only made up for a single but staff doon put it right ,if you are not bothered about room size stay at this hotel,lovely and clean .
