Great location and staff assistance”
The duty managers were really friendly, especially Sammi who was always ready to answer our questions. Thank you Sammi! Location was great - right across Gare du Nord station, taxi stands on every corner, and metros just a minute walk away. Big Bus hop on hop off buses stop in front of the hotel. Paris Open Tour buses stop in front of the Gare du Nord station. Right downstairs is Cafe du Nord, a great restaurant we went to at least 3x! There are a lot of resto options all around, Carrefour is 2 blocks away, as well as Leader Price; Western Union is also nearby if you need forex services. Lift is small though and can carry only 3 pax at a time (me and my luggage barely fit lol). We took the winding stairs a lot as Sammi kindly assigned us on the first floor knowing that my 75 y/o Dad cannot walk too much (my Dad easily managed the stairs in case the lift was unavailable). All in all a great stay; will gladly stay here next time we're in Paris!

The guys at the reception were helpful and friendly, I found the room size to be great for a solo traveller (can only open 1 huge suitcase at a time). The elevator was small but I was able to fit myself and 2 luggages without problem. Bed was comfortable and room design was quite alright. It was clean as well. Overall, satisfied with my stay.

Excellent location convenient for my travels to & fro & within Paris! So friendly & helpful staff who gave me an empty for early check in! Room rate is reasonable in an expensive city like Paris! Thank you & for sure I’ll come again!

Best location for stay”
We stayed in this hotel for 2 days, we had surprised with good location just right in front of Gare du Nord station. Roam are super clean and staff very helpful. The only - thing is small lift but not really big problem us. Easy fo travel from the hotel cos location only few steps to nord and various food selection around hotel.

Positive: - Great location. - Near to lots of restaurants, supermarket, metro, Eurostar train and big bus tour busstop. - Very very clean room and bathroom. - Room seem like its newly refurbished with new wallpaper. - Comfy bed!!! - Cleaners were attentive. I ask for 2 extra towels on the 1st day and when she clean my room the next day after I went out, she placed 2 extra new towels on my bed. Negative: - Not really safe to go out alone at night as there are many poor people and beggars/drug addicts hanging around the area. - Small room. Not ideal for 3 or more. - Bkfast area is cramped and doesn’t look appetising. (I didn’t request for any anyway so don’t waste your money on booking room+bkfast. You can always choose to try the bkfast for one day first. About 14 euros/person. Or have bkfast somewhere else!) - Lobby area is tiny, not pretty and smell funny. At first I was afraid of the condition of my room when I saw the lobby. Lucky room was ok! - $$$$ For tiny room.

Good location as the train & buses are just walking distance from the hotel itself. The staff at the hotel named Hassan is very friendly as he accomodates us with guidence around Paris during our stay in the hotel. I would recommend others to come and stay in Tim Hotel if you are in Paris.

The lift facility at the hotel was hilarious because only 2 people can comfortably fit in at any time. The location of the hotel is great but you need to be careful once you step outside the hotel because there are too many pickpockets in that area. The night staff was rude vs. the morning staff who was helpful in changing our room that had our bathroom seat leaking water. In short, I would recommend you stay else where but if location is very important, this isn't a bad hotel to be in.

Its convinient for those who are traveling to and from London by train but the surrounding area itself is filled with drug addicts, drug pushers, gangsters and thugs. My sincere advice never stay in any hotels situated in Gare Du Nord area, especially when children are travelling together.

Location is strategic in front of gare du nord. We asked to clean the room and they put our towel in the floor. When we asked to change the towel they don't have a solution. And prepare for sleepless night, since the air conditioning can't work properly and they don't intend to repair it
