Quality and Peaceful Stay! ”
It's my first time to stay in Tiptop Vacation Homes and it's fantastic, and peaceful. It's family friendly, quality stay, super clean, spacious room, kitchen and living room and bathrooms which I very loved. The hotel is well maintained. And the internet connection was very fast all the time. The view is superb!

All in all, the experience was awesome.. Value for money is exceptional, rooms are complete package with fridge, stove, water heater, and with free gallon of purified water... Theres a convenience store nearby, and theres a fruit and vegetable stand nearby incase you want to cook in your room...

The place is good. The kids enjoyed the wooden swing and horse. The adults liked the wooden tables and chairs, and the big terrace where todlers were free to run and play, and the city view from the terrace is great. The way to the place is confusing but its better to coordinate with tiptop admin for better guidance on how to reach the place. 😊

Acceptable”
Firstly, this is not a hotel, so dont expect warm greetings upon arrival. If you want a silent place for you to stay, this is not a place for you. Dog barks loudly at night. Never leave your shoes/sandals/slippers outside the room. Dogs roam around freely and it might "play" with your stuff. I learned it the hard way. The owner promised to put that as a reminder to guests moving forward.

Terrible Management and Zero Client Care”
I will highly not recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants to visit Baguio. We arrived at 9 PM and were given a dirty room with molds in the ceiling. The room also did not have any tissues or towels and did smell really bad. I complained to the person in charge and I was told that we have to upgrade and pay 5500 a night for the other room. She had absolutely no way to contact the manager in charge that night. I had to leave and look for another hotel to stay. I messaged the management in the morning asking for a refund and the owner refused to do so because she believes that we left because of the fact that there was no aircon in the room. She also told us that we were given the upgrade option for free but we were never given that choice. I tried to explain to her my side of the story but she refused to believe me and was very disrespectful. She doesn't seem to understand why I was so upset. She even insulted me in his last message via Agoda Messaging.

With respect, this is a total mis-statement. The only issue raised was the lack or airconditioning, which we consider unreasonable as none of our units have this. Guest arrived late wthout making arrangements fior late checkin, but we always provide towels and tissue to Agoda guests. Our staff insists she offered a free upgrade, no reason to doubt her as she knows this is our standard practice when not busy. Black marks on the ceiling where mould was removed, awaiting repainting after heavy rains, were a trivial excuse for complaint. The owner lives nearby and was contactable, our staff chose not to disturb her with a guest whose manner she considered rude and unpleasant from the outset. We regret that, and have asked our staff not to make such a decision in future, if only so as to remove any possible dispute of events.
Terrible Customer Service”
No reply from inquiries. Called and informed that we are going to arrive soon. The contact person is not on the place and said she will let her beother know that we will be arriving. After that call, I could not contact the owner anymore. We arrived late at night and there was no person in the reception. We cannot contact anyone in this place even in facebook, they do not reply. I hope none of your future customers will ever have to experience what our group had gone through. During pandemic and after a long drive, we were supposed to have a good rest at your place, but we were treated miserably. No message nor reply on both phone number and messanger. This kind of service is unacceptable. I wish you would have dropped a single message, but no you did not. This issue is worth reporting.

Disrespectful owner”
The owner has issues with OYO and Agoda and the owner said they will not accept us on the property even if we have confirmed booking. No help offerred and said a lot of nasty words. Again, whatever issues you have with these companies should not be taken out of the customers. Maganda nga yung property based on the posted pictures pero ang sama ng ugali ng owner/management. Will not recommend this property to anyone. Marami pang property/homestay/BNB/Hotel sa Baguio na mas worth it. It's not about the price but the experience.

Good location, nice place”
our family booked this place because we found the price per night quite reasonable. for a furnished 3-bedroom house, with it's nice view and peaceful environment, it was worth it. when we arrived on the first day, there was some problem with parking lots. initially, there were no assigned lots for guests. this became a problem specially for big groups who brought 2 or more cars. other guests would also scramble to get parking lots which created a problem for those coming back late in the evening. we suggested to the owner to fix the problem by assigning a specific parking lot number per house. this will prevent other guests to get your assigned space. to our pleasant surprise, the owner fixed the problem immediately. the following day, the lots were painted with parking lines and assigned per house number. this definitely solved the problem for us and future guests. overall, the stay was good. we recommend tiptop vacation homes.

Value for money”
We wanted to find a place that would be budget friendly because we would mostly be out touring Baguio. If you plan to just stay in, I advice you to get a 4 or 5 star hotel to enjoy the ammenities. But if you are looking for a transient home and be out for most of the day, Tip Top is a good recommendation. We knew from the beginning that we did not book a 5 star hotel so our expectations were low. We even brought our own blankets just incase. Tiptop has spacious rooms fit for large groups. We were lucky enough to book the room that is just one flight of stairs down. The weather was amazing. No need for fans or airconditioning. We just opened the windows. Cooking was okay. They have the basics. Pot, utensils, glass, plates etc. No frying pan. They even have a store in front of the place but closed on Sunday night. So everything was convenient. Bathrooms had small shower space but it was okay. We were very glad the water heater was working.

INCREDIBLE STAY”
We booked the Penthouse Honeymoon Suite for P7,000 per night, for 2 nights! What a great deal it was!! This place is BEAUTIFUL, inside and out, teeming with wildlife and forest. Inside is incredibly spacious and clean. New appliances including rice cooker, stove top that works amazingly, refrigerator, and flat screen tv with cable!!! The shower was huge with steaming hot water and the toilet has a window so you can get sunshine while in the CR. Bed was extremely comfortable (down feather matress?) with enough pillows and blankets to keep us warm and comfy the whole weekend and the kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, pans, and cups as well! The couch in the living room is a dream, and we saw ZERO bugs/cockroaches while we stayed. Locals were friendly and parking was perfect. We were able to buy everything we needed at the sari-sari store across the street as well. There is no wi-fi but I had my own hotspot that worked just fine. the balcony that opens from the master bedroom has a breathtaking view and we spent the entire weekend with the doors wide open feeling the cool breeze and the sound of light rain, bliss! I couldn't have asked for a better weekend in Baguio! I recommend the hospitality of this place to anyone and hope everyone enjoys their respective stays in this beautiful place!

Fun, exciting, and adventure”
My stay at the Tiptop Vacation Home was nice and exciting. The Children had no problem entertaining themselves, because Tiptop has a mini playground for them to play. It was very close to Camp John Hay. In which we attended an event (fashon show. Also good for Golfers. Not too far from major sightseeing, night market, and restaurant.

FEEL BAGUIO”
The place will make you feel that you're really in Baguio, as it's interiors were designed well. The place is also surrounded by large pine trees. It has a small grocery store and a small play area for children. Everything you need in a kitchen for vacation is here, all you need to buy are the ingredients =)

Relaxing Vacation”
Our vacation was amazing. We did get what we wanted out of the break from our routine lives. The place was located in the peak area of the city, hence, there was some privacy and peace & quiet in the neighborhood. There was a spacious veranda to hang out and enjoy the fresh and cold air. The kitchen utensils were all provided. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. The owner of the place gave me a certain discount in my total bill :)...Best for family vacations away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Definitely I can recommend this to others.

first time to use Agoda, while looking for an inn to stay in Baguio, this caught my attention. The place is nice, the view is breathtaking. The over-all look of the inn is nice, the room is homey and comfortable. There's no canteen or restaurant in the inn, but it has a small store where you can buy what you need. It's quite far from the busy city but I definitely enjoyed my stay here. If there's a negative comment I could give, there's no office or attendant visible.
