Excellent hotel, excellent value for money”
We really enjoyed our two-night stay at the Tir Na Nog Hotel. The hotel room was very nice with its own private lanai for relaxing with a cold Bintang after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially our server in the restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. The hotel is located in the heart of the action on Gili Trawangan, including a large sports bar at the Tir Na Nog itself, yet the room we had was very quiet. The beautiful beaches of Trawangan are just a few minutes walk in either direction, and the entire island can be circumnavigated in a couple of hours (punctuated by the odd stop here and there to replenish fluids under an enticing palapa!). I'd definitely stay at Tir Na Nog again, and recommend it to others.

Great location + awesome room + friendly staff”
Our stay at tir na nog started with an easy and convenient airport pick up that they organised for us and our stay continued as a very happy and chilled experience. Whether its for the awesome staff, fantastic rooms with outdoor bathrooms and piping hot garden showers, or the convenient location and good food, i would definitely recommend tir na nog to anyone travelling to gili trawangan. I would stay there again myself :D

Fantastic room, great location”
gili trawangan is paradise and tir na nog is a great place to stay. very close to all the good restaurants and the pier. the pool is a bit small but the snorkeling is so good that we spent most of our time at the beaches. on a few nights the pub at the front was rather noisy but once in our room, we couldnt hear a thing. i am deffinately going back to the gilis and would stay at tir na nog again!

Clean hotel, fun place”
Tir Na Nog is located towards the south east end of Gili Trawangan. They have a nice indoor pool and a fun bar/restaurant, which is always packed, at the front of the hotel. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was included and very good. The beach in front of the hotel has a lot of coral and not suitable for swimming but it is a short walk up the road to a nicer stretch of beach.

Very helpful staff, beautiful hotel”
the only bad thing i found with the hotel was that i had requested a twin bed which turned out to be two single mattresses on a queen bed frame. the rest of the hotel was really amazing. we had free wifi, clean rooms and bathrooms, really good food at the pub, great service and the overall atmosphere of the place was brilliant. the best thing about staying at tir na nog was that the manager was willing to go out of his way to help us. all ferries had been cancelled for 3-4 days but we needed to get to bali for a flight. the manager organised our transfers to lombok and our flights home and gave us great advice.

Great stay. Really well looked after”
Had a great stay in Tir Na Nog Hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. In particular they were a very friendly and helpful hotel. We had accidentally booked the wrong nights thinking we were staying 15th-17th and by accident had booked 14th-16th. They were very understanding when we got there on the 15th. They checked to see if there was a free room for the 16th and despite us turning up 1 day late, they let us stay on the 16th in exchange for the night of the 14th which we had already missed. Most impressive of all was that they only had their most expensive villa left, so thats what they let us stay in without a 2nd thought! All in all very impressed by Tir Na Nog. Big thank you to them and I would definitely stay again!

lovely hotel and location”
we arrived from bali on the fast boat and were immediately impressed with the lovely room and the outdoor bathroom. rizzul (not sure if i've spelt this correct) showed us to our room and was really friendly and kind. we couldn't work our safe so he tried paiently to help us, before deciding it was broken. we were reassured that the safe would be replaced and told we could store our valuables in the reception safe. this was a little inconvenient as we could only access our money when the manager was in which was in the evening. our safe was not fixed in the 4 days we were there. rizzul couldn't do enough to help us though during our stay, even getting in touch with a fisherman friend of his when we asked about getting a private boat for the day to visit 3 islands and snorkelling. this cost us about pounds i think which wasn't bad. we haggled! breakfast was lovely in the restaurant area overlooking a cove on the beach-stunning. gili t is stunning and the food at tir na nog was lovely (quite standard bbq each night like most restaurants on the island). the silent disco was good fun but get there just before 11pm to ensure you get the headphones as its not much fun if you don't headphones!! a lovely places to stay

i have been to this hotel twice. suffice to say, i must admit that i have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. incredible beach front access, friendly and accommodating staff, a wonderful bar, restaurant, and party area makes tir na nog a highlight of gili trawangan! must try!

Great location on Trawangan with nice rooms!”
We had an excellent stay on Tir Na Nog when visiting Trawangan. Rooms are really good, especially the open-top bathrooms. Staff is friendly and cleaning of the room is good. Even though this hotel has a big bar and there is a lot of nightlife we weren't bothered at all when sleeping. Location is perfect right on the main street, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Every night there is a nice BBQ and breakfast is good. The pool however is a bit small. Staying at Tir Na Nog we we're not bothered by sounds from the Mosque. Good isolation.. I would strongly recommend anyone visiting Trawangan to stay here. Excellent!

Nice, clean place & friendly staff”
We had a pleasant stay at Tir Na Nog. The room was clean, sheets and towels smelled very good. The room was nice with a real hippie/Gili T vibe. Staff was also very nice and breakfast (especially smoothie bowl) was delicious. The music of the Irish pub didn't bother us. Only con was the water that didn't work for 3 times, but the staff fixed it immidately. Go there for a real Gili T stay! (And make sure to have dinner at 'Casa Vintage' and 'Pituq').

The hotel was very nice, nice service and like most things on Gili the beach is at your front door. I would definitly be going back to Tir Na Nog and thr Gili Islands. My days of going to Bali are over. Gili islands and lombok are the real places to relax

The most fun on the beach!”
i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! the room was very clean and comfortable. each room has its own little verandah... if you stay on the second floor you can have a nice balcony :) the pool was nice and the restaurant at tir na nog was great.try their banoffie pie at the restaurant! yummm!!! it was lovely to have delicious breakfast included, and we were served overlooking the gorgeous water. it is a good place for everyone, young travellers will like the vibe here. i would just recommend changing the shower curtain as it was getting a bit grungey. but really... nothing to complain about~! i would definitely book here again! :d

Great location, great rooms!”
I stayed here for 4 nights with a friend in May. Even though the island was slightly quiet due the off season the hotel was pretty much fully booked. Rooms were decent given the price, spacious and well decorated. The bungalows are private with a nice terrace. The location is great if you want access to bars etc in the evening, but the rooms are in a private location so noise isnt an issue. Big plus is the pool, most of the pools on Gilli T are right at the side of the path, wheras at Tir Na Nog the pool is in a much more private location round the corner meaning you can relax away from the roadside. Food at the restaurant is delicious and good value for the BBQ in the evening.

Great hotel and great location”
Tir Na Nog was a great hotel to stay at. The staff were very friendly, the rooms clean and large and very private, nice pool and the breakfast was superb (good bacon and eggs!). Location is the best in the island if you like the nightlife as the irish bar accross the road is the most liveliest on the island, however you can not hear it in the hotel rooms so can get a good nights sleep.

Amazing stay”
It was my 2nd time and I will keep coming back for more, the staff are super friendly, the food are good and the parties are awesome, for the solo traveler Irish bar at Tir Na Nog is the best place to chill and for couple traveler the deluxe room is nice and the outside bath room are great. If you hate parties and noise you better stay at the OK hotel behind the alley way. gotta love the parties

Tir Na Nog Hotel is the best place to stay if u like the pub sence. Alot of happy people drinking having a great time. Love the enclosed outdoor bathroom with nice little garden beds, the rooms were massive and spotless,a very nice place to lay back and enjoy a drink. Cheap bike hire and washing just next door.

Great hotel, few minor niggles, large rooms”
gili t is small but tir na nog is bang in the middle of the bars which i loved. rooms were lovely with terrace, clean with lots of storage space. housekeeping was very efficient. bed was comfy, good air con and nice bathroom. minor quirks were no real hot water at all. i found the water quite cold. also had a cockroach in my bathroom but it is se asia so generally inevitable. would stay again.

Quiet and relaxing during the day, great nightlife”
Tir Na Nog was centrally located which made it easy for us to get to all the places we wanted to. The rooms are set back from the bar so you do not get the noise from the bar if you are not keen for going out that night. If you are keen, the bar is great fun with great food and great staff. If you want to move over to another bar, there are good bars and restaurants in both directions up and down the street within walking distance.

thought i made the right choice staying in tir na nog. the hotel staffs and the bartenders were all very friendly. ah yes the bar, it's an irish pub with a great vibe and great music. tir na nog's parties are far better than other place in this islands. it can get pretty wild, but chill at the same time. rizal, always take a great care of us on breakfast time, he'd go an extra mile to make sure my friend and i feel comfortable. would totally stay again in tir na nog when i go back to gili t. the only downside: the hot water stopped running occasionally.

Excellent ”
I stayed here on two occasions once with a friend and once on my own. For the amount we paid we were not expecting that much but it exceeded above and beyond our expectations. The rooms are beautiful! The swimming pool is lovely and the breakfast was flawless! Tir Na Nog even gives you a barrel of bottled water in your room which is very helpful! I would most definitely stay here again!
