Second time at this hotel in one year and it did not disappoint. Luxuriously decorated with great quality furnishings even in the standard rooms. Large and very clean bathrooms. Rooms are not giant, but they're comfortable. Breakfast has ample selection of good quality products with plenty of options for vegetarians and a dedicated section for vegans too. The Museum Island and Berlin Hauptbahnhof are about 20min away on foot and it's a nice walk.

Everything was excellent - location, staff, breakfast, except the fact the spa is nude. If they would only make it a requirement for people to wear their swimming trunks, the hotel would be perfect.

I enjoyed breakfast and sleeping over there. Unfortunately, we were sad to find out that we had to pay extra money in order to use the Spa area. Swimming cost extra money. This should be clearly communicated in the website. My booking included Wellness, but when we tried to use the Wellness area, we were requested to pay extra fee. Also I think Water should be offered to guests for free. Otherwise the staff was very kind, breakfast perfect, the hotel was very clean, and the location is very good. Best regards

Great location and clean hotel ”
The hotel has a lovely reception and the rooms are clean and tidy. It has some nice restaurants and bars. The hotel advertises a pool and spa as a facility however to access this you must pay 14euro per person per time!! The gym is however free and is one of the best gyms I’ve been too!

I have stayed in a lot of 3 star hotels and they were much, much better! The hotel would only get mediocre 3 stars from me. Bar was broken, sockets did not work, toilet door could not be locked was broken. Toilet air vent broken. Shower head better in every 2 star hotel. I was really disappointed. I was given room on the top floor and even that didn't work. The room was on the lower floor. I would honestly not recommend this hotel for the money and performance!

You have to pay 14 euros per person per day for the ticket to the pool and sauna. The room rate is not include the spa entrance. I thought the room rate included the spa entrance fee that why I had booked here. Room rate was high but nothing spesial. The swimming pool and spa was very simple and small. Boring breakfast. Very disappointed because everything was not look like in the picture.

COVID impact”
The hotel was very nice and in a good location. However, whether they were busy or maybe due to COVID, we had no services as would be expected. We are a family of four and booked the hotel for four to include an extra bed. We had to call multiple time for sheets and pillows for the pull out, that should have been in the closet, and never got the extra bed we paid $100 (approx). The pool is closed, the coffee machine had no coffee, sugar or cream in the room (COVID) but the breakfast had everything on the table...seems it would be safer in the rooms touched but one family than a breakfast table were any number of people could eat at throughout the morning. I do not recommend this hotel while impacted by COVID, but it's probably very nice when not impacted by COVID.

The hotel decor and interior was fantastic. But the bar/restaurant staff were poor. (With the exception of the tall German guy with glasses). Otherwise the service was poor. There was no personal interaction. At no time did the staff endeavour to create personal experiences or indeed treat you in a way that made you feel valued or special. The bar staff had more interest in serving the locals that fill up the bar, I assume they’re friends of management or ownership. For this price I expect to be treated better than I would be at the ibis. But this isn’t the case. The staff seem more interested in serving and impressing the dozens of business delegates that’re attending conferences. I regret staying here based on the service.

Excellent hotel”
Titanic Chaussee Berlin has very well-laid-out rooms which, while not particularly large, have everything you need -- comfortable bed, small writing table with chairs on either side, an easy chair, all with excellent lighting. The decor of the hotel is really quite beautiful, with interesting furniture pieces, avoiding the impression that it was decorated by a computer as in so many hotels. Service excellent, exercise rooms very good, Spa a bit of a disappointment as the very well-policed sauna is nude-only all the time.

Titanic Chaussee is the place to book if you want a downtown location. All transit systems are within 2 blocks. It is a very eclectic part of Berlin with many varied food choices nearby-which is a good thing because restaurants and food services at the hotel are very expensive. If you are travelling on an business expense account then use the hotel facilities, if you are travelling on your own money there are unlimited places to eat at 1/2 the cost. The room was very modern, well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The washroom was well stocked and had a walk-in shower. We stayed four nights and I don't think our bedding was changed (although the hotel information book said bedding was changed every second night). There were also two very obvious (small) pieces of garbage around the bed that were still there when we checked out. WiFi in the rooms was adequate although every time it was used the full login procedure had to be repeated. Overall 4 out of 5 stars.

Best in Berlin/Unutulmaz bir Deneyim”
I and my friend had a blast in Berlin thanks to our smooth experience at Titanic Chausee. The staff was incredibly helpful and sympathetic and we had a great time chatting with them. Restaurant manager Hakan and his team were great at all matters. Mr. Evren (assistant manager I suppose) and I were on the same on the same plane back to Istanbul by chance and even then, he did not lose a drop of his hospitality, outside of the hotel. No kidding the metro is like 20 steps away from the hotel. Looking forward to coming back to Berlin with my family and stay at this hotel again. Daha önce pekçok yurtdışında bulunmuş olmama rağmen bu otelde ekstra özel bir deneyim yaşadım. Çalışanların çoğu türkçe biliyor, en ufak sorununuzda bile her zaman yardımcı oluyorlar. Çalışanlar deneyimli ve güleryüzlü. Restoran müdürü Hakan bey ve Emre bey her zaman yardımsever ve hoşsohbetler. Kesinlikle Berline tekrar geldiğimde tercih edeceğim bir otel. Fiyatı bütçenize uygunsa başka otel aramayın derim.

I've never stayed in the Titanic before but will definitely choose it again when I am next back in Berlin. Very convenient for the underground train network, easy walking distance to the central areas and tourist sites, lots of good restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room wonderfully restful and peaceful.
