Best of the best”

I can confidently say that this is the best hotel stay so far. We are afraid with a small baby in a place like Vail. Tivoli staff taken care of everything and including early check in. I have not seen the kind of service provided even by 4 or 5 starts hotels that i stayed a night before staying in Tivoli. I strongly recommend Tivoli and their hospitality.

Terrrible - please don't ever go! ”

We booked a place at this hotel through Agoda. We travelled from overseas and had a valid reservation voucher. But when we arrived at the hotel, they told us they didn't have our reservation in the system and the hotel was already fully booked. So we couldn't stay there! It's really very bad service. If this can happen to us, it can happen to anyone else. Better to avoid this place - there are many other better options in vail

Best hotel in Vail”

Loved this place. Location was perfect, staff were very helpful, owner was really friendly. Breakfast was good and much better than you would get on the mountain.

Loved the stay”

We visited for Bravo!Vail festival. It was only a 7-min walk from the amphitheater, and the property was very clean. We checked in at 1am due to delayed flight, and the front desk kindly offered us late night bagels which was thoughtful. We are planning to make another visit next time to fully enjoy Vail, and we will definitely make another stay at Tivoli!
