Staff was helpful, location was not too far from Hakata station. The room was spacious, a/c and wifi worked well. Stylish interior and common spaces, although pandemic related closures to lounges, etc. may have applied. I spent all of my time in the room. 10/10, great value, I will stay here again.

About 8 minute walk from Hakata station, this 14-floor hotel has rooms for singles or doubles, a comfortable outdoor and indoor lounge, helpful staff, and clean rooms with good wifi and air conditioning. There are small in-room refrigerators, but all bottled water is charged (100JPY per bottle, I think). Anti-coronavirus measures are enforced, but the elevators are quite small, so hold your breath! :)

Very Nice Staff ! Clean Room but smaller than expected (after seing the pictures). Maybe not the Best option in Winter since the Room are pretty much outside. Anyway it was Clean and perfect in my case, the Price was almost the same as a Capsule Hotel ! PS : Reception on the 2nd Floor

Low rates for a decent hotel near Hakata station. The staff was nice and there’s a delicious beef Udon restaurant right next door! Definitely worth it, the hotel and the Udon!

Reasonable price with decent quality”
Neat and clean, however don't expect for water bottles in the room. When checking out I realized that there was a counter for free water and coffee right next to receptionist counter, but the staffs didn't say anything about that. Otherwise, everything is fine. The price is the key point.

We stayed in a room with 2 “double beds”. There was so much space to walk around. Definitely worth the #. If you leave right at check out, make sure to take the elevator up and then down to the check out area or you’ll be stuck for what seems like forever

Good enough for a quick night stay, but there are places with better beds closer to Hakata Station for a few yen more. If traveling as a couple I would highly encourage you to spend a little more money… you won’t regret the investment.

A 10-min walk from subway”
It takes about 10 mins to walk to the hotel but it’s not too hard to navigate. There’s a Lawson across the road so easy to get what you need around the hotel. Room is spacious considering the standard of Japan. Good value for money!

The hotel was a ca. 10 minute walk from Hakata station. There is a convenience store quite close. The room had some stains on the walls and the ventilation in the bathroom couldn’t be shut off. This was very noisy so I always had to shut the door but you could still slightly hear it. Unfortunately, you also had to pay additionally for the sleep comfort items which were included according to Agoda. Value for money was ok. The staff however was friendly and accommodating and the bed and sheets were comfortable and clean. Overall it’s ok for a short stay in Fukuoka.

price difference is big depending on the date/season. I paid 15000jpy per night. The hotel really need to do something about cleaning the hood /air conditioner vent. I could see the old thick dust clouds cumulated on the ceiling. The shower has molds and they dont provide new towels after a day. You have to pay extra for new towel
