This new ryokan opened in July 2010! Overlooking the Kusatsu Onsen area, Tokinoniwa, which is floored entirely with tatami, features Kusatsu's silky, soothing hot springs with two large communal baths, three private baths, and ensuite open-air baths attached to every guestroom.

Good experience ”

Far from station but hotel provide shuttle service or you can drive here, they have big parking lot. Hotel is old (antique), but acceptable. Outdoor onsen bath and food are so-so, can be better.

大切な記念日にまた利用したいです”

丸一日この旅館で過ごせるほど快適な場所でした。客室露天風呂も狭すぎず、隣のお部屋との距離感も感じないほどのんびり出来ました。関内のお風呂の種類も多く夕方、夜、朝としっかり3度入りました！ 無料サービスも種類が多く、とても嬉しかったです。 ご飯も個室になっておりゆっくりとパートナーとの会話も楽しめました。ご飯も美味しく、説明も丁寧にして下さりとても嬉しかったです。

贅沢な時間を過ごせました”

綺麗なお宿でとても雰囲気がよく、温泉の数も多く本当に楽しめました。 貸切風呂も3つあり、無料で入れて3つ共はいることができ大変満足でした！ 客室にお風呂があるのも最高で贅沢な時間でした、ごはんもとても美味しかったです。 お夜食にいただける夜鳴きそばも旅行ならではで楽しかったです。 お部屋のお菓子のごままんじゅうは絶品で買って帰りました！ 季の庭を選んで宿泊できて凄く良い思い出ができました。 ありがとうございました！

湯めぐりできるホテル”

お部屋もスタッフの方もお風呂もとてもよかったです。まだまだコロナ対策で町内外の方はお断り！と言われてしまう草津温泉で、23種類のお風呂に入れてお湯質も良くて最高でした！ バスの本数もあり、湯畑観光も楽でした。

GWに夫婦で初めて利用しました。 食事を期待してだけに残念でした。 素材は、良くない上、作り置きしたものを皿に盛り付けてるだけのように感じられる内容でした。炊き込みご飯も、数時間保温状態にしてるようなパサパサ感があり、非常に残念でした。 チェックイン時も非常に待たされた上、フリードリンクの氷も空の状態でした。初めのおもてなしから不愉快でした。 食事の時間も温泉宿にしては、20時からは遅すぎます。お部屋も、所々ホコリが見受けられました。 接客に関しても、丁寧さ、親切さ、おもてなし全てに劣ってます。ビジネスホテルクラスの接客でした。宿泊費に全く見合ってない内容でした。 今回の旅は、期待してただけに非常に残念な旅になりました。 あまり、悪い評価はしたくないですが、少しでも改善出来る機会があればと思い、素直に感想を書かせていただきました。

誕生日の対応について”

今回初めて季の庭を利用しました。彼氏の20歳の誕生日で利用しました。 ケーキを事前に頼んでいたので、お部屋に持ってきてもう時間を12時にお願いしたところ、快く引き受けて下さり、とっても素敵な誕生日になりました。 また、夕食時の写真撮影。スパークリングワインのサービスなど、とても素晴らしいおもてなしでした。また機会があれば、利用したいです。 素敵な時間をありがとうございました。
