They even provide kiddie pajamas instead of robes. For the adults, they also provide sleepwear rather than robes. They leave some games/sports toys (eg. badminton) in the lobby which can be used by the guests. There is not swimming but there is a nearby Onsen Bath. The hotel is near Disney Resorts. But, it is not part of Tokyo 23 ward since it’s located already in Chiba. However, they have free shuttles going to the train station (JR Line - Shin-Urayasu) if you want to go Tokyo City. They also have free shuttle buses going to Disneyland, and Disney Sea. Their is also a Narita Airport Limousine but they only have 1 schedule. They will not be able to arrange for private transfer but they can call a taxi for you. (Tip: just use Klook’s airport transfer services). The hotel is very clean. I thought it was new but I was told that it’s been around for a long time already, almost 20 years if I’m not mistaken. It is just very much well-maintained and the interiors look very modern. The beds are also comfortable. There is only 1 restaurant, Coral Table, but Lawson can take care of your food needs. Probably, this is one aspect that can be improved. Nonetheless, there are nearby restaurants within walking distance from the hotel, probably 500 meters away. Their staff is also very kind and courteous. We had a problem with the wifi connection and they made an immediate action checking the rooms why our wifi isn’t working. Then, my daughter asked them to come back at a certain time to check the other room. I was amazed with their professionalism keeping their word of resolving it and returning to our room at the exact time my daughter told them. There is also a huge mall, Lalaport, which is 3 train stations away from Shin-Urayasu. It’s really a huge mall witj variety of stores selection. The hotel provides free shuttle buses to and from Tokyo Disneyland as well as the nearby subway station. The price was beyond reasonable and the accommodations were sublime. Let me start with the customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay from check in to check out. An example of this is how they allowed us to stay in the same room for two nights without checking out despite a complication causing us to book two different rooms for one night each. I have a food allergy and they went above and beyond to carefully ensure that I was safe during our breakfast reservations. Every request we made was fulfilled with care and warmth. Speaking of breakfast, we really enjoyed their selections and each day had some new breakfast elements. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Suffice it to say, we slept very well. The view from our room was worth more than we paid for our stay. The room had many great amenities and useful items. For example, our room was equipped with a shoe drier. Of course there is a shuttle bus that took us to and from Disney as well as to a nearby train station but besides Disney the area has other attractions. We enjoyed walking along the Bay and enjoying the view. There was a park that allowed barbequing it also had a kids' area that had many activities to help kids practice their gross motor skills. We have been to many hotels and this is a cheaper hotel that impresses. It will definitely exceed your expectations. We most definitely will be returning.

They provide a shuttle service to Disneyland everyday hence making it super convenient to get to and fro from the theme parks. It's super affordable compared to staying in one of the Disneyland Park Hotels. Super spacious with great views of the sea, very clean room and bathroom and the staff members were very accommodating and helpful! There were not much facilities on site as people stay here for the close proximity to the theme parks. Once you're done with Disneyland, it's straight to bed :) To note that there are no restaurants nearby, only a convenience store below. The store has everything from cup noodles to nigiri and sandwiches. so no worries on my end there. 10/10 would recommend here

| Singapore | GroupWe stayed as family of three at the hotel. The toilet is separate from the shower. There is also bathtub in the shower. Overall the room was clean and spacious enough for 3 of us to move easy within the room. Breakfast was good but it closed at 10am sharp. The staff at the coral restaurant will keep remind you after 10am to leave the resturant for them to clean up. The service experience was not so good. During our stay there, my wife had a fall and caused injuries on legs and cut on her fingers. When i apprached the frontdesk staff for help and request for first aid box, can tell that the staff are not trained to handle injuries. I have to take ver the first aid box to clean my wife wound. Again is still nice place to stay and enjoy the free huttle bus service.

My shoes were wet after the rain and there was shoe dryer in the room! - 4 coin washing machines available but have to queue if it is crowded. Went at about 10pm and there were 2 person in front of me. -shuttle bus provided to Disney and shin Urayasu train station - I want to really thank the staff here. They were friendly and helpful. Although not all could speak English, they tried. Anyway Google translate was good for us to communicate. My husband left his laptop in the room after check out. We only realised it one hour later. Thereafter we called the hotel and they found it and kept for us. Really honest. The receptionist even told us the timing of the shuttle buses so that we could plan our day to retrieve the laptop. -Lawson conveniently located at ground level. Very good to buy snacks and meals Con -Disney last bus was 9.20pm so it was a mad rush if you want to finish the park at 9pm. We rushed out but missed the bus. Took the train back to shin Urayasu Station and got the shuttle bus from there. At least the last bus here ends later. Should have 1 more last bus from Disneyland and sea at 9.45pm or 10pm for guests to shop. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. The Disney bus is just a small matter that could be improved. I will definitely go back here again if I were to visit Disney area again.

Hassle free direct transport from airport terminals with a minimal fee. Free shuttle to both disneyland and Disney sea and vice versa. Free shuttle bus to the nearest train station as well. Breakfast had vast varietywith jap and Western selections. Their beautiful coral corner for kids breakfast is the main highlight. They even have take away cups to take away coffee once u are done with breakfast. 24hrs lawson mart at the basement of the hotel is a great place to run for snacks, food, drinks, meds and all. Cleaners were very efficient and very good in cleaning too. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this hotel to all.

Lots of families with kids use this hotel - so definitely kid-friendly! All the kids are very well-behaved though, so no need to worry about noise or mess. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have one buffet restaurant - I would not recommend it. Overpriced for lukewarm mediocre food... the convenience store on the first floor was better. The shuttle bus is very convenient for either the park or the station. Would stay again!

My family had a very memorable stay. Very clean, very courteous staff, modern design, great view of Tokyo Bay, big room and comfortable bed and beddings! I wish I had 2 full days of staycation.😍 But we have to go out. On our 2nd booking, one son invited to go to Aeon mall near JR station. We availed of the free shuttle. Got back to hotel at around 9PM. I bought bath salt at Lawson on the ground floor level and enjoyed a short me time in the bath tub to treat my tired body. My husband and my other son had a great time just staying in the hotel since they didn’t come with us. It’s a worthy stay. Thank you so much Tokyo Bay Tokyu Hotel! We’ll surely be back!
