This is a scam”

Do not book this! We were tricked when we booked this apartment. Everything went wrong. The apartment was in a totally different location than promised. The map shows one location but the apartment is located several kilometers away in a cheap neighbourhood. When we found out it was too late to get an apartment in the area that we wanted, so we had to stay here. It was terrible. It was the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen. Fungus growing all over the place. The place was alive and obviously it had not been cleaned properly for months. Also the toilet was nasty dirty. The floor as sticky. It is called "New Residence". It is not new at all! It is at least 25 years since most recent renovation. The laundry machine does not work. The heater cannot heat the entire place, so it was about 17 degrees celcius at night. The were noisy builders and painters when we stayed there. The place was packed with scaffolding so the view of the street was blocked completely. Scam!

A Japanese modern style apartment”

The apartment is a bit old and not well maintained. Different from the photos in Agoda. It would be most ideal if the owner have maintained the apartment well for guests . The bathroom was mouldy . The bedsheets was worned out and not new but still can sleep on it. Basic amenities was there , but no heater. We can cook daily and do our laundry. This is our first time to Tokyo so it was a good experience. Very near to Train station NaKa Okachimachi . Quiet neighbourhood with many eateries and 711 , Lawson and Family marts nearby a stone thorw away. and the famous Takeya Okachimachi Honten is nearby too. We loved and enjoyed the location though after everything.

아고다에서 제공하는 주소랑 실주소 다르게 나옵니다!택시로 이동해야 할 정도의 먼거리 입니다! 객실 위생상태 최악입니다 욕실에는 곰팡이가있고 하수구는 막힌건지 뭔지 잘 내려가지 않습니다! 세탁을 어떻게 하는건지 수건에서 이상한 냄새납니다 침구류도 마찬가지 입니다! 숙소 위치도 주고지역 한가운데 있어 관광하기에는 안좋은것같습니다! 호스트와 많은 대화를 했지만 개선의 의지 없어보였습니다! 3일예약 하였으나 하루만 지내고 다른 호텔로 옮겼습니다 더러워서 못쓰겠더라구요~ 이보다 더 최악인 숙소는 없을겁니다!

아고다위.치보기로.나온주.소와 실제주.소가 달.라서 고.생했네요.오카치마치역 근처에요. 걸어서 십.분은 걸려요. 이전사람들 가고 청.소를 한건지 만건지.. 세면대에 머리카.락이 덕지덕지.. 냉장고에 먹.다만 음.료까지.. 그외는 크게 더.럽진 않았는데.. 찜.찜해서..그랬습니다.. 해당 가격대에 그런 크기의 방은 많지 않아 괜찮았지만 여러모로 불.편했.어요 아 그리고 2층에 엘베가 없어요. 짐이 많으면 불편합니다. 숙소 주인과는 연락이 잘되요.걱정 안하셔도 됩니다
