The location is very good ,easy to access any sightseeing spots. The cleaning at the hotel is excellent . I met the cleaning auntie several times, she is working hard with her job. For all. I like to stay this hotel and will choose it as my next one during business trip .

Great location and excellent service”
Easy access no matter from Haneda or Narita airport. Staff are considerable and with big smile, make you feel comfortable. Room is neat but clean and with laundry machine, for long term biz trip, can save some space for not bring lots clothes. Breakfast is good enough, not many choice but each dish is delicious.

A super one in Ginza!”
Superb location! A few steps away from the Higashi Ginza Station and just around the corner from Ginza's main attractions. Room, lobby and surrounding areas are super clean. Staff super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My Moderate room was comfortable, convenient and worked perfectly for me. After I checked in, the staff told me that guests are welcomed to grab free toiletries and teas (i don't remember if there was coffee or not) to bring to your room, which I thought was a nice touch. Honestly can't think of any downsides about this hotel.

Nice hotel”
My hotel room came with a microwave and washing machine.This was a great help to us as we were on long trip. There were also a wide selection of necessities to choose from at the lobby and we could just choose and take from there. Hotel was walking distance from Ginza hence there were a lot of shops and food. Really had a really great stay at this hotel!

Great Stay”
We selected this hotel for the location and having laundry facilities in our room. The hotel staff at the front desk was very helpful. We had forwarded our bags from the airport and when we arrived, our bags were in our room already. They even helped us arrange for our luggage to be forwarded to the airport as well. Our room was spacious and very clean. We selected a non-smoking room but unfortunately a previous guest decided to use the bathroom as a smoking room which left a very bad smell in the bathroom. The lobby has all the amenities that you need for you to help yourself to, including the laundry soap. There is a small cafe at the lobby that specializes in the fluffy pancakes but we did not have time to try it. The hotel is located a couple of minutes walk from the main Ginza shopping street. The subway stations are pretty much just outside the hotel or a couple of minutes walk. We definitely would recommend this hotel.

Super convenient location, just a few minutes away from Higashi-Ginza station, and near to the heart of Ginza shopping district. Room comes with washing machine with dryer, easy to use with the instruction manual in English. Reception is really helpful, and checking-out is convenient by using the counter machine. Highly recommended!

Ｗe were on business trip so arrived early (about 9am) and told will be back late(about 10pm), front desk thus gave us part of early checkin procedure, told us our suitcases will put into our room when the room is ready (around 3pm), and we only need to get keys when we back. This first impression n service was so warm to us. The room was quite big as the hotels in the central of Tokyo, with space to open 3-4 suitcases, tables, microwave and washing machine. The bed was nice for rest. Breakfast was very Japanese style and delicious, and the restaurant has the perfect view of the city. Location is wonderful. There is a nice cosmetic store just at the corner(30m). Can walk to Tsukiji market or Ginza area (both 10 min). Subway is nearby.

Great loaction”
It's close to the subway station to make it easy to get to. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, and you can use the Mitsukoshi Department Store Food Hall when you are in a hurry. It's the best place to stay unless you have luxury in a hotel.

Excellent place no matter for long term or short term trip”
Room is clean, even a little bit tiny (I cannot find place to open my 28" case completely) Place is great, three subways cross, easy to go anywhere in Tokyo. Also shopping area is around, with many good restaurant. Breakfast is just ok, don't expect too much. Hotel staffs are always happy to help.

Can't beat this place in Ginza”
I stayed at this place in Ginza for 3 nights around Christmas time. It's a steal for what it is. I think I will not stay at anywhere else other than this place in Ginza. The location is literally 15 seconds walk to higashi-ginza metro station. And there's a bunch of other stations as well within 5 mins walk. This basically means you can directly go to *anywhere* within 15-20 mins. All of Ginza is very walkable. Plenty of restaurants/shops/convenience stores within 5 mins of walk. Tsukiji market is also within walking distance. The room is small, just like other hotels in Tokyo. It has everything you'll need. I highly recommend this place. I will totally go back.

Great experience for first trip to Tokyo”
Absolutely no complaints. The location is great, right next to the subway, and both Tsukiji market (great for breakfast) and Tokyo Station are only a couple of blocks away. It's also right between Ueno and Shinjuku which was nice so I could easily get to both. The staff is warm and friendly and even helped me confirm an upcoming reservation in Kyoto since I don't speak Japanese. The room may be on the small size compared to western standards but perfect for a solo traveler who only needed a bathroom and a bed.

Everything was good. Bed is nice and comfortable, space is a little bigger than normal hotels. 3 mins walk to nearest mrt but not direct to most tourist spot. Would need to change or walk further for ginza line. Facilities were great and free for you to choose at the lobby. TV was mostly in Japanese.

Super low price. Fanytastic and clean rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. This was a 5+ Stars Stay for 1/3 of that price. Close to main subway stations, restaurants, shopping malls and many other facilities. Strongly recommend it.
