"Convenient function"”
The hotel is conveniently located with convenient stores, pharmacies, and many restaurants nearby. However, please note that exits A8 and A2 of the station do not have elevators, so carrying luggage up the stairs can be tiring. It is strongly recommended to walk to exit A1 and take the elevator to the surface before crossing the road, which will be much easier. The room is clean, but the downside is that it is quite small. In the room I stayed in, I could only fit one fully opened luggage, so I had to put away my luggage after using it, otherwise there would be no space to walk. There is a washing machine in the room, which is very convenient for those who need to do laundry.
Great location”
Prime location close to several subway lines. Airport connection is the most satisfactory. You can use Higashiginza station from Narita Airport for one-line, non-stop connection via Keisei. The bus connection is also excellent (low-cost bus stop at Ginza station or Airport Limousine Bus, at Courtyard hotel). A drug store (which is surprisingly not common in Ginza) and a convenient store are located in the same block. The room was reasonable, with a standard set of disposable amenities. I was also glad to find the disposable pairs of room sleepers. The sheets were fine. Two things of concern: (a) The carpet is dated and stained here and there. This could be somewhat inevitable for this "stay" type of place equipped with a microwave and washer/ dryer. with limited cleaning services. If you are extremely sensitive, you might want to pay attention to this. (b) The 24-hour fan (common for all buildings) is in the bathroom and can be noisy if you are sensitive. Just make sure to close the bathroom door. One thing to note: The rooms are basically ALL non-smoking, according to the staff member. Overall, it was satisfactory!

This hotel provides a good set of facilities and amenities for short-term and long-term travelers. It is in one of the best locations of Tokyo. Close to great shopping places, restaurants and transportation. Staff is very attentive to guests' requests. The lack of daily room cleaning is the only minor point.

Booked from July 10-12 and 14-17, 2023! Decided to stay here again after our wonderful experience back in 2019! Accommodating & lovely staff, clean amenities, and great location! : ) Booked a residential room! Comfortable bed, spacious w small table and cushioned chairs, kitchenette w sink, electric stove & stainless pans and kitchen utensils, mini ref. Near Higashiginza Station (A2 exit, use A1 if you have luggage), Mitsukoshi Ginza, Lawson, Family Mart, MUJI, Ginza Six! Definitely a luxury shopping haven! 10 mins walk to JR Yamanote Yurakucho. Complimentary toiletries, tea, and hot coffee at the lobby. Strict check in (3pm) and check out (11am). Limited housekeeping available for free (change towels, collect trash) otherwise ¥1,500 charge for full cleaning of room. Can freely store your luggage/bags at the lobby before/after check in/checkout. Thank you, Tokyu Stay Ginza!
In room washing machine is the selling point”
I decided to try this hotel because it had washer/dryer combo inside the hotel room. I don’t like to bring a ton of clothes or send my clothes to be laundered so I found the convenience to be a selling point. Be aware though, the machines are not in all rooms. I had originally requested a room with two twin beds so that I would have more space but the bigger rooms did not have the washers so you have to pick if you want more space or washers. The smaller room had no place to open or store a suitcase which made it cumbersome for a shopper like me. If you stay here, ask for a room that’s numbered 10 or higher. The lower numbered rooms face a major street and it’s noisy at night with cars racing and emergency vehicle traffic. I stayed two separate times and found a big difference in the quiet by staying in a room ending in 10 or more. Cleanliness got a low score because they only provide fresh towels and emptying of rubbish daily. You have to pay extra to get your room cleaned or beds made. It was obvious they don’t even clean between guests as I found lint all over the floor when I first checked in. The floors could use new carpets as they are pretty worn and stained. The hotel staff got five stars as they were very helpful and courteous. I said I would stay here again only because of the in room washing machine and the awesome staff.
