Gladly surprised by the services provided here. All staff that we encountered were very friendly to us as foreign tourists and made us feel very welcomed. Another plus is it’s not overly crowded. As some others noted - the proximity to the tracks may bother some people - but didn’t for us cause we were too tired from traveling. We stayed here twice - a few days apart - and they kindly placed our bag in our room prior to checking in - so thoughtful Thank you all very much We highly recommend it - especially to peeps who want more space and your own washer in the room.

New hotel near JR Hakata station - easy walk which would be convenient for taking public transport. We drove there - cheaper parking was readily available off-site. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: reasonable pricing, in-room microwave and washing machine. Good for couples. Cons: the railway is very close to the hotel, light sleepers will find the noise disturbing. Cleaning service only once every 7 days, many hotel guests may not be able to enjoy. The room is quite packed especially for travellers with big suitcases or children.

Extremely happy with our stay and the staff was very accommodating. Buffet breakfast was also great and the location itself is convenient. We’ll definitely come back when we go back to Fukuoka. :)

All the service of the hotel was really good. Some staffs are not good at Eng but clwe could communicate without any problem. The hotel is really close so you can get there within 10 mins from the Hakata station. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is just less than 10 minutes away from Hakata Train station. Hotel is very new and clean with reasonable size. Provide 24 hours free coffee in the lobby. Also with washing machine, microwave in the room

Amenities were all provided near the reception. There was limited housekeeping, but that was ok for us! About a 7-10 min walk to Hakata station, close to many convenience stores. Would stay there again!

Convenient location ”
The hotel is located very near to Hakata station, if you are not familiar with the area maybe you will have some difficulty finding it but I have been to Fukuoka a few times so it was easy to find for me. Room was spacious and toilet was also spacious compared to other Japanese business hotels I’ve stayed in. Front desk staff was also very pleasant and friendly, would stay here again next time on my visit to Fukuoka.

Good hotel as a base location to travel about”
We used Tokyo Stay Hakata as our main stay location as we were traveling around North Kyushu. With it being a relatively close distance to the Hakata JR station, it was a perfect location. We arrived in Fukuoka pretty early and we left our luggage at the hotel before we headed to our first destination. The concierge was friendly and accommodating. The check in process was also very smooth and easy. Tokyo Stay was a business hotel. It came with a washing machine which really helped to clear the “dead load”. Water pressure was also very very good. Bed was comfortable although I would prefer better pillows. Place was clean and they replenished the basic amenities in the room without the cleaning. Would recommend this place if you like a clean, quiet hotel as it’s at least 5mins away from all the hustle bustle.

Central location with neat and closey room”
Great service and love the room facilities, so detailed and thoughtful. Do not expect the tiny room comes with washing machine and microwave facilities. The room is quiet. Can't hear any other noise from outside. The hotel location is also good. In a nut shell, it is very good values.

In-room washing machine is very good for tourists. Every front desk staff is friendly to provide a lot of information when approaching the reception for assistance, borrowing items, taxi reservations......... Excellent!!!!!
