Location is good only. The air conditioning was really bad. Room was small though that's told beforehand. No cold water in water filter. Nothing in the name of window. It's all enclosed. Breakfast was okay.

The staff is really bad. They behave badly and more importantly don't hear out the customers properly. The room is just okay. It's small which is okay but air con is bad. There's no electric kettle inside. The refrigerator is really bad. It won't cool the bottles even after couple of hours. Breakfast was good.

1. Some noise outside since it was near also to a park. And the park has its rock and roll activity. 2. The WiFi sucks, its keep disconnecting. They should have tested each room for it. Its quite uncomfortable for a traveler especially if you don't have any 3g or 4g. 3. Not sure if they should clean the room every other day. In my room they didn't. I didn't bother to ask the help desk/customer desk. 4. I saw a lot of people check in/checkout for a date or something. I guess this is not a hotel but a motel. And i was bit shock there is a condom on it. I did not ask for it. I came to travel. 5. The TV/cable was great. 6. The food also sucks. Limited choices. And i am not sure that the previous one they prepared is the same food they cater.

Check in is only at 3pm.. I arrive at 2pm but was informed that i can only check in at 3pm.. Was carrying a luggage at the time, the staff refuse to let me check in 1 hr earlier or put my luggage at the counter so that i can have my lunch nearby.. The place is fine and breakfast is great! However the counter service can be better for oversea tourists..

The sheets were clean, but pretty much everything else was dirty: the walls, night table, door, floor, and especially the plastic kleenex container, which was covered in smudges. I don't expect much, but was still disappointed.
