The staff were kind and friendly and everyone was very helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated and looks extremely classy. The restaurant serves good food and the breakfast is nice. The room service is great and the shower was very good. The hotel offers superb value for the price and overall, guests enjoy their stay very much and would stay here again next time they're in Bangkok.

In these turbulent times, it’s easy to make compromises and excuses. The Teufelhof does not do thst. It’s staff were absolutely fantastic from the fornt desk, to the room services. Every single member of staff we came into contact with was both freindly and extremelyhelpful. The management can be very proud of it’s team and their commitment to making guests comfortable and secure. It’s the second time we have stayed here, and we would heartily recommend this hotel to anyone who want to get away from the ‘big chain feel’ to an environment where people really matter. I have stayed in many hundreds of hotels over nearly 40 years of travelling and this was genuinely one of my best experiences in terms of people.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. What another great trip. The room is so big and the bed is one of the most comfortable. The shower and bath have great pressure and the staff were kind to refill our minibar and bring us a new set of wonderful cookies.

This was a great hotel in the centre of Bangkok and had a really good atmosphere. We had a clean, uncluttered, good size room. The staff at reception were brilliant. They were very helpful and came across as genuinely happy to be there.

Excellent stay for families in an excellent location”
Excellent service from the reception and concierge especially Ms Namfon who helped organise our sightseeing tours. Also a special mention about Mr Oz who helped us out to catch the taxi very early in the morning.

Very cute and cozy room with a comfortable bed and pillows. Fantastic location - only a few minutes walk to the Asiatique and Pier which will take you directly to the city. Super clean and great service.

Nice hotel in a pleasant location with a nice unusual non corporate interior with some nice furniture and vases and pictures. Nice breakfast in a nice setting - never busy so quite relaxing affair. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a really enjoyable stay here and could definitely recommend a stay.

Great Location, Nice Breakfast”
Location: Great, as there are nearby convenience stores and near the Asiatique Night Market (very touristy though with high prices) Facilities: a bit old but still functional, no weird stains or bad smells. Checked out their gym and pool. Gym was deserted (with different equipment). Pool is almost empty, no lifeguards (since there were no patrons), and no indication of pool depth. Breakfast: Great options, the egg station is the best part since you can order fresh eggs. Other food is repeated all throughout the week so expect the same meals everyday. Coffee is automated, a bit bitter for my taste. There are salads, rice and bread for different diet. Staff: Very helpful and always addresses our concerns. Daily clean up of room is also performed.
