Very good”
May not be the fanciest hotel but the people are great, honest and very, very friendly. I always stay there.

Not recommend to stay”
When I went there , it was fully booked and they showed me "VIP room " but it was actually just a loft without window and atmosphere is awful.

its nice ”
The Guesthouse was very nice, i enjoyed my stay there, for 4 nights. The rooftop restaurant is very nice, also the food ! The staff is very friendly. Only thing is, if you have a room with the balcony, its nice to sit outside and watch the streetlife (even the balcony is very slim), but may the traffic disturb you if you want sleep early or sleep long. But i think its normally if you stay at the riverside, its like a main street there, so...all in all very nice to stay there !

A Great Travel Bargain”
The restaurant has one of the best kitchens on the Riverside, most items are just $4. Fifty cent beers during the 7pm to 11pm happy hour. The staff are most kind and attentive.
Phnom Penh can be a bit overwhelming to newcomers first timers. This place was my oasis. The food was so good I ate there practically every night during my stay. The wicker chairs out on the sidewalk in the front row seemed to have my name on it. I met some fun travelers eating, chatting, drinking, and watching the world go by. The hotel tuk tuk driver was extra helpful, driving through the daunting, anarchistic Phnom Penh traffic like a pro. I would definitely recommend this place to my fellow budget travelers.

Not Two Star”
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
Comfortable and clean. Wifi was very good but did not work at night. The room, on the second floor, overlooked the river. The location is as good as it gets. The hotel is situated along the main river road and an endless selection of restaurants are within minutes walk. Meals all round are excellent value for money. I had a meal in the Tonle Khmer - steamed fish - probably the best I've had in my life though the dining room is a little scruffy. Overall very good value if you're not too fussy, but it's not two star.

Great Location”
Good location, Friendly Staffs, Value for money
The Sinh Foo Hotel located next to River of Phnom Penh. Along the river, you can find park where local people gather for leisure and exercise. For whom that is looking food and beer, this is the right place to go. Besides, it near to Naga World - the casino of Phnom Penh. You can reach Naga World either walk for 15 minutes or get into 'dokdok' - taxi with just 1 to 2 USD.

Good location but....”
location, internet connection, roof top bar
Nice location at river next to sightseeing places and restaurants, bars. But dirty and even wet towels from old guests. Room and bath, toilet not clean (lots of hairs...), bed sheets not changed. Breakfast not ready when promised.

Not comfortable and dirty.”
1-Location, 2-Food
I stayed with my husband in this hotel for 3nights (unfortunately) . This is not a hotel, but cheap hostel. When we arrived, they took us to our room, where was no window, so I refused. Then they offered a room on the 3rd floor, next to the stairs, where you could hear everyone who pass by. This room had a window, but the view, omg, you could see into neighbour kitchen. The Bed sheets and bathroom was not cleaned and dirty. I went to see the staff and I asked to change the bed sheets and clean bathroom. Obviously they didn't bother to clean it after someone left. Not nice experience. Positive: It's a good location, where you can walk, e.g. Royal Palace, Museum or other temples, but there are many other hotela you can choose to stay. Breakfast very basic, but they do nice main courses. I am honest, but it's not worth to stay in Phnom Penh for more than 2days. This hostel is front of the river, but also very busy road. There was no wifi in our room, only in lobby.
