My room is in the uppermost floor. Temperature and water for the shower are not steady. Try not to get a room on the uppermost (11th) floor. I have been in the hotel. My last experience was very good. But not that good this time.

Up to standards, as expected”
In terms of location, the hotel is located within convenient walking distance from Cultural Centre MRT Station (文化中心). In terms of vicinity, there are lots of dining options nearby, usually road-side stalls and eateries. There is also a departmental store just opposite the hotel. In terms of breakfast, food choices are slightly limited, but very fresh and delicious. In terms of room comfort, its up to the standards of a three-star hotel, relatively comfortable, clean and enjoyable. In terms of facilities, there is a laundrette where you can wash clothes for around NTD110. The hotel also has a business centre at the main lobby where 2 PCs are provided. However, the PCs do not provide Pinyin Chinese input, and its input is either in bopomofo or Cangjie, which makes it difficult for me to type Chinese as bopomofo and Cangjie are complex input systems. The PCs are also in Chinese language. Overall, I would rate my stay are satisfactory, having met all my expectations for hotels of this class.

Rooms are of adequate size and is pretty comfy. Breakfast spread doesn't change but then again there's a lot of cheap options outside. The staff are truly the saviours of an otherwise average hotel.

very close to train station, opposite there is a departmental store, restaurant on same road with hotel by walking distance. staff are very nice and polite. standard breakfast menu simple and healthy. internet and coffee/tea provided at lobby business center till late night. reception have money changer service but with limited foreign currency.

The hotel environment and room looks old”
The hotel appearance is quite old. The corridor on the floor I was staying is dark. The room is small and looks a bit old. And the sound proof is not so well done for the rooms. It is also strange to have the room doors all opened. The hotel is quite near to MRT station and there is a shopping mall opposite to it.

it's near the metro station. the room is big and clean but the room is not bright enough. the internet connection is not very well here and wifi is not work in the hotel. the bathroom is clean. the staff is very friendly and they help me a lot as i have change the room for 3 times. but the staff doesn't know much english!
