Nice hotel with good location”
Hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. They upgraded us from one single bedroom to two double bedroom with sea view. The hotel location in nice. It is very close to kenting Street and beach.

Good location at Kenting Road, WIFI only in lobby. It will be better if WIFI also available at room. Buffet breakfast is OK. No half day tour provided. No views for the room but updgraded from a double bed to a twin bed room.

Not worth the money”
The location was key easy acces to all spots in kenting. The hotel room was not modern old and too pricy. The walls were super thin all you hear all night was babys crying and screaming. No real amenities to offer didnt even suply extra towels. They offer a breakfast thats pretty horible. You can easily find a better meal near by. Overal rating for this hotel from my experience is 2 star. Other small hotels are alot better and modern anywhere in kenting location is good easy to get around. Staff was nice let me leave the bagae and watched it the next day while i was still hanging out in kenting but was no longer checked into the hotel.

Bang for your bucks ”
It's clean and VERY close to everything. It's old but has everything you need. If you are looking for a luxury 5 star hotel, this is not your hotel. If you are looking for a quick visit with a convenient location, this is a good place. Full disclosure, the AC kinda smells. It's an old hotel after all.

No way it's a 4 star hotel. As generous as I am, I can hardly give it a 3 stars. I don't like this hotel. The hotel has a strong unpleasant smell (hard to describe). The room looks old and outdated. The closet has an unbearable pungent smell, Another thing you can tell this hotel is not up to par is the restaurant still uses plastic plates, bowls and utensils. Decent hotels use porcelain instead of plastic. The positive things are the location is very good and room has decent size. Probably we got what we paid for. If there is a next time, I will pay more for a better hotel or stay further if we drive again.

The hotel was nice, with comfortable facilities and excellent location. Unfortunately I went in Spring break time so the price was double or even triple of normal, so I felt it was too expensive for its value. For the rest, everything ok.

Unhelpful staff especially the plump lady. looks like she is the manager. Ask to borrow the phone she show an angry face and say no. Ask for direction she just ignore. Saving grace is hotel walking distance to a vibrant night market
