Incredible view, friendly staff, comfy bed”
Comfiest bed (with incredible heaters) I've slept in so far in Taiwan. Traveled here with a group of friends and the staff was helpful in replacing supplies, helping us book rides, and generally so kind! Would come back again. 風景超好！床很舒服；服務很親切，我會回來！

Excellent service, great view, comfortable bed”
We loved our stay here very much. The views are AMAZING. The place was clean and spacious, with a huge comfy bed which had heating options. The toilet seat was heated too, which was especially useful in the cold weather. Breakfast was a simple but hearty spread of both local and continental spreads. As we went during low-peak season, our last day breakfast was a customized set meal for each of us, consisting of porridge, 3 simple dishes, a bun and fruits - an excellent meal of variety and nutrition! The service here honestly touched me. After we had left, I received a call from them saying we had left some clothes behind. They then asked where our next destination was and offered to mail it over to us. Luckily we were headed to another county within taiwan. The package only took A DAY to arrive, packed and folded neatly. I have never come across any other hotel who would’ve done that for a guest. Most would’ve just thrown it away. I am IMMENSELY thankful to the staff here and I will definitely be back! A lot of friends have asked me about this place and I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay in the mountains.

Peaceful and clam accomodation ”
Was upgraded to a bigger room with 2 bed on the attic, the view is magnificent! Location, staffs and cleanliness is great! Only minus is they don’t have heater in the room which can be quite cold during the winter and cold season, although heated mattress is provided on the bed. Triple Room with Mountain view room type is not suitable if you always need to use the toilet as the toilet is located downstairs and the bed is above.

Excellent location - walking distance to most touristy spots. Great service from staff. Fantastic view from our duplex balcony and loved the sun roof from the bedroom upstairs.

Very good”
We got caught by the road closure along the mountain route and had to make a big detour, setting us back by 5hours thereby arriving at the place close to midnight. By then reception has closed. A maintenance guy showed us to our room. Door is opened by keys. Room is big but didn’t feel the room is that clean. It’s winter and the heating is provided at the bed. Once out of bed it’s relatively cold within the room. Electric insect killer machine is provided at both levels of our room. Acceptable room stay but will like to try out another next time.

Breath-taking view. Great room and friendly staff. If you travel with a big group make sure you update them if you arriving late. need to walk uphill before reaching the villa.

Beautiful scenery”
Really beautiful location, high up in the mountains. Hard to walk down to explore, hence mostly stayed on location. It was very cold, there’s no electric heater given, only heated blanket. Amenities are basic.

Perfect retreat on the mountains ”
We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly at this property. The amazing views were just breathtaking. We sat at the balcony and for a period in time, were literally sitting on clouds. During baths, you can just soak in the mountain views. Place was very peaceful and clean. Breakfast was rather basic but good enough as the ingredients used were very fresh. They even gave us a birthday cake (home baked) surprise when they found out that one of us were celebrating our birthday. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly Overall perfect for retreats, some time alone or for families. A rare jem indeed

Wooden villa with a view”
Family ran business, nice service, basic breakfast. For those not driving, you will require to walk a fair bit to get to the accomodation. They do have shuttle service upon arrival, which you will need to request from them. Or use OK Bus which will drop you at the door of the villa. Receptionist is able to arrange star gazing & sun rise tour on your behalf, also conducted by OK Bus.

Hotel with a stunning view”
The views from this hotel were stunning, and wished that we could have stayed longer. As it is perched at the hilltop the temperature in the evening was rather low, I thought they could have perhaps have a couple of portable/mobile heaters in the room. The rooms were spacious and we stayed in double storey rooms with beds on the upper storey. We would consider staying at this hotel again.
