Very close to Minang food on the left and right of the hotel. Another advantage small mart at the lobby and Indomaret beside the hotel and Nasi Kuning/yellow rice. Little traffic during lunch and after work in the working days. The rest is good

I have been traveling SE Asia for more than 20 years. My experience with budget hotels in this region is they can be dark places, rooms often lack even a single window, the rooms often smell of mildew. They are often such poor options that spending piles of money on an international standard hotel seems like the better choice. A change has been taking place, and now there are many budget hotels that are worth considering. Top Hotel in Manado is definitely one of those. It is less than half the price of the international standard hotels in town, but the rooms are clean and large enough for my purposes. The hotel is clean, the staff professional. If you are aware that what you are paying for is a clean room, clean bathroom, in a clean hotel, with a professional staff, and nothing else, then this hotel is an excellent option. It is exactly what it should be.

Cheap hotel but clean and has great staff. Only con is the breakfast menu. But for the price you pay for the hotel we should not expect more. Its a plain breakfast but plenty.

I chose room without breakfast because I like to go out walking 10 minutes to Wakeke street where I can get complete Manado breakfast. Room is little bit narrow and bathroom is always has problem when you find water can not drain well. Wifi is terrible and still no fix. Maybe hotel management do not care about wi fi complains. Hotel is next to Indonesian Nasi Padang Minang Putra restaurant and small store at the lobby hotel and small store beside the hotel. There is famous Nasi Kuning restaurant next to hotel that you can buy around less than US$2

I always stay here as long as the price still acceptable compare to facility and service. i always pay without breakfast because i have option around hotel. I dont stay here if price go up and choose other hotel. Room, shower with hot water still good. There is small shop in this hotel that gives more value to hotel and other shop like Indomaret and some restaurants.Traffic is quite high only during lunchtime for couple hours only

Feel still ok to stay in this hotel, even though there is other cheaper hotel. I can find food, traditional breakfast and mini market like Indomaret and hotel mini shop, Top Mart just outside of its lobby

hotel is located at busy street but it’s still fine.there are small stores around the hotel,so you can buy something theres for your needs.If you dont want eat breakfast in the hotel you can buy nasi kuning next to hotel or walk to Wakeke street for traditional breakfast.

Nice hotel with all its minus, i always ask for good towell, wi fi slows, i never use it, never have my breakfast in the hotel. Always stay without breakfast There are water boiler,safe deposit, hot water in each room
