Excellent location. Exactly what you pay for. A great place. Yes dated and in need of fresh paint and carpet, but for the price you can't complain. Ultimately clean sheets, bed, and bathroom is all great. Good breakfast, friendly owner. For a place to lay your head as you explore Windsor for a cheap night it's ideal.

The entrance was very dated with an open bathroom that needed replacing. The banisters were sticky and the carpet in the cooridoors and stairs plus our room was old dirty and sticky, the bathroom in our room was brand new so maybe it's under refurbishment.

just what we needed in this occasion”

it was convenient to Windsor we had gone to visit the queens coffin and lay flowers at Windsor …. we had no knowledge how long we would be and the owner left the door unlocked and our room ready just to get in. we got there 5am Saturday 17th and got back 10.30pm …. we did see the queens coffin so this establishment was so flexible for our use
