This place is 5 start pluses. A plus customer service . Very nice staff quick to assist you with anything. this place so so relaxing 😌 the landscape is amazing breathtaking. You can stay at the infinity pool all day and take postcard pictures. They had good food I enjoyed what I ate. All you can eat breakfast buffet. 😋. they really thought this place out .. Luxurious and picturesque ”
We had an amazing time staying at Topas and would absolutely recommend it. The views were stunningly beautiful and everything at Topas is designed to showcase the splendor and serenity of its surroundings. We especially enjoyed the infinity pool, taking the provided bikes for a ride through nearby rice fields, and the hot pot dinner option. The price point was higher than other options in Sapa region but we were incredibly pleased with our experience and would love to visit again for another stay soon.

Wonderful hotel”
The hotel was perfect. It was unpretentious, clean and the staff was friendly. The view is very good. And good meal. There is one thing to note. Don't leave the window open. I left the windows on the terrace open and so many bugs got into the room and I had to change the room eventually. Be sure to close the door when going out to the terrace.

Beyond expectations”
The ecolodge was exactly as depicted in the photos and beyond. The surrounding was insanely gorgeous and the warm pool was at the perfect temperature for us to soak in while enjoying the view! Food served at the restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious too!

My best stay throughout my Vietnam trip. Villa decor is pretty simple but yet exude a rustic charm. Mountain view is awesome, infinity pool is awesome and staff attentiveness and service quality is top notch. They are always pro-actively looking out for your need. Only downside no internet and TV in room. Slight blimp in an otherwise perfect score

Loved everything about this place. Authentic, welcoming, classy. There were loads of thoughtful touches like local tea in the rooms anf someone subtly playing flute outside the restaurant just before dinner. The food was delicious - particularly rated breakfast. The tours we did were "untouristy". The spa was sublime. Would highly recommend this place.

This is one of the most remarkable hotels me and my husband have stayed at. So peaceful, beautifully designed with remarkable facilities, attentive staff and overall breathtaking location. Amazing sight after suffering from rough road”
You will suffer from a way from city(Hanoi, 6-7 hours) because it is located on the mountain and the road is very rough. BUT, Topas Ecolodge give you unforgettable moment. Feel the nature,Try it!!🤗

Mixed Review”
Although the views are lovely the property itself left much to be desired. Be aware there is massive construction going on in areas of the property to include below the pool. The rooms are adequate but not to the caliber I would have expected at this price point. Mediocre bathroom, no robes, no wifi in rooms. Good enough but not great. My dinner was very bland (salad was wilted) and the entree was good but again not great. Staff is lovely and the spa services were great especially after 3 days of trekking, I’d consider going for a spa treatment and a glass of wine to take in the views and skip the overpriced stay. If you are on a multi day hike, you’ve already experienced grander views. If you are not trekking, this is a good substitute for getting close to the views and villages and the property as a whole is lovely.

Must be lovely in the summer but I wouldn’t come in the winter”
I was really looking forward to the infinity pool but unfortunately the weather was so foggy you couldn’t see the surrounding mountains at all. Nothing wrong with that and it’s no one’s fault but just thought it’s something to know in advance if you’re coming here the winter months. The staff is absolutely lovely and the rooms are very cosy. I’ll try to come back when the weather is better.

13KM’s from Sapa, which took us 1 hour and 15 minutes as the roads are challenging. Rooms are okay, food was good hot pool was nice
