Awful. Filthy. I woke up with bugs all over the bed and my arms. At 4 am th desk clerk changed my sheets. At 630 bugs again. Manager said to call the booking company for a refund. The door wouldn’t lock. Shower was cold. It’s a good location. Shame the rooms are a mess.

Despite a non-refundable booking, we turned in our key and found a different place to stay. This place is scary: Dirty, run-down, unsavory people around, garbage in walkways... We didn't feel safe.

Best deal in Flagler on the beach. Rooms could stand some updating, but how much time are you really spending in your room when you go to the beach? Property has a pool and a restaurant and it's within walking distance to the pier. Just booked my second stay in a month.

We showed up at New Years weekend with out a reservation and they were so helpful, we got the first unit with a view of the ocean, just walk across the road and walk the beach.

Three lamps/plugs did not work. Ceiling fan partially unattached. Blinds broken. Couldn't open bathroom door all the way as it hit the sink. Almost hit head on opposite wall when rising from toilet so narrow. View was great, must have a sense of humor and adventure to stay in a room inside the house. Motel rooms appeared in better shape. Restaurant was very good, staff was great
