Great clean and quite cabin”

The Cabin was very clean and tidy and with all amenities in the park ...the staff were extremely polite and helpful and I had a great time for one night and will return in the near future comfortable beds good shower and enjoyable stay

Clean and tidy ”

Cabin was clean and tidy. Shower left much room for improvement. Wasn't provided sheets for the bunk beds so had to make do with a blanket inside Tolerable for a nights stay as a stop through. Would recommend paying a little more and staying else where if intending on staying in Torquay for a few days.

Comfortable cabin for a short stay”

The staff here really impressed me - no sooner had I made the booking than they called me to advise on a few things which I had actually wanted to check on myself, so saved me a phone call. They also sent information by email before our arrival and a thank you note afterwards. The 2BR cabin itself was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for the two of us for one night, but as it sleeps up to five people, I can imagine it would be a little cosy if that many people were staying there. Bathroom especially small and the shower screen door wouldn't stay closed. The coffee machine with complementary pods was a nice touch, but we couldn't get it to work! Hopefully these things will be fixed for the next travellers. The cabin was otherwise very well equipped. Being of a slightly older generation we appreciated the 'quiet time' hours that were stipulated for guests at the park, which ensured a good night's sleep. Not sure I would necessarily stay here again but it was perfectly ok for our one night stay.

We loved the pool, a big plus for us. The location is ideal and the park itself is family friendly and quiet at night. We also love the different food vans that come into the park for breakfast and dinner.

Booked an accommodation here due to the great location. Place is clean and well maintained. Near supermarket and beach (a close few mins drive). Place is clean.

The place is a little bit difficult to locate as the sign isn't very big, and we had to turn around the area twice before we managed to find the road leading to the entrance. It's located next to a gas station, convenient if you need to refill. Reception was friendly, although we were late and arrived on the dot. However, she forgot to give us the wifi card thus making my friend very cranky for the whole night. Our cabin was situated at the very last of the row, and since it was already dark, very scary, and there were all sorts of noises outside throughout the night, making it a very uncomfortable stay. There was problem with the inner door latch, we had so much trouble trying to unlock the door. Overall place was quite clean, however we definitely would not choose to come back again as it really was quite a scary and restless night for us.

Wonderful stay in Torquay”

We chose the Ensuite Deluxe cabin and everything went smoothly. The cabin was comfortable and honestly a lot bigger than I expected. Was glad that there was even a fully functioning kitchen - complete with a microwave, oven, and grill! Beds were comfortable, and the shower was good. We had to leave early so we were able to drop our keys off at the key drop box, no hassle at all. Fully recommend this if you are traveling with a family, or if you’re a couple traveling.

Good park but a bit rundown ”

The park & cabin we stayed in were a bit rundown & could do with an uplift. Location is a fair walk from the main part of town & the beach. BBQ kitchen was very clean
