A super thoughtful hotel”
No, it's not spacious, but this is Tokyo. And for Tokyo, we were surprised we could actually open our suitcases. It's a very thoughtful hotel -- everything was designed to maximize comfort and utility. And the sofabed, which had bedding and pillows under the seat, was perfect for our 4 year old. There's even a mini iron, a mini humidifier, a full-size air filter with humidifying function, robes (yukatas), tea, slippers, clothes refresher spray (I love this stuff!), and the usual amenities. There's a small roof-top terrace and a free coffee/hot chocolate machine at the reception that does both hot and cold drinks.

brand new hotel with good facilities ”
The hotel is a short walk away from JR/Keisei/Subway Ueno station and is at the more quiet side of the area. The room is on the small side (like most hotels in Tokyo), but it is well equipped and newly furnished.

Highly recommend. First time here. Clean, modern. Good coffee machine. Nice entrance in which you can bypass the staff. Rooms are just big enough to lay an open suitcase. Desk has real chair, and is big enough for a large laptop. My only complains is the cleaning staff. They begin banging around in the hallways a little before 9am. When cleaning the room next door they were very loud.

This hotel is located just off the main market area in Ueno so it’s easy to get into Ueno and nice to go back to. My room was all updated, bed was big and comfortable, and very clean. The staff was very friendly and some spoke very well in English. Highly recommended for the price.

Comfortable twin bedroom with excellent location ”
The hotel is super close to JR Ueno and Kintestu train station (airport transportation). very short walking distance to Ameya yokochō, area with lots of Izakaya and eateries and Ueno-kōen. Twin bed room has all you need, and the bed is very comfortable. highly recommend to whoever want to stay in Ueno area.

Fantastic location: Across the road is a convenience store and the ueno shopping district with lots of eating options. A few more minutes of walking would be the entrance of ueno park and keisei airport skyliner. subway entrance is also a few steps to the right of the hotel. very close to JR shinkansen as well. We stayed in a bunk bed room, 2 adults and 2 young children, it has got to be the smallest room we have ever stayed in, but the kids enjoyed the stairs up to the upper bunk bed and the room was clean. We enjoyed the free chocolate drinks at the lobby too. Sign up free as a hotel member and you get to checkout at 11am instead of 10am; a signup gift like pen or notepad; accumulate 10 nights and you get one night free.

Great location close to Ameyoko and Ueno station but all air condition will be turn off at night , i've asked staff to turn on but they said in winter all air condition will automaticcally off and suggest me to use humidifier and open window instead .

I was charged the additional kid breakfast even I had input the number of people staying at this hotel and showed to staff the confirmation email. They still said kid’s breakfast was not included and needed extra charge of 1,000 yen per day. Staff showed unfriendly and impatient. It’s a very bad experience.
