Good for driving”
Free parking space on site. I read comments complaining the location, but it's absolutely fine for me because I was driving. Facilities are pretty new and needless to say very clean, as it's Japanese standards. Rooms are more spacious than traditional Japanese hotels. The staff are friendly. High value for money

Pleased with the hotel's omotenashi”
Hotel is at a quiet area, not very far from the train station, I think it was less than 10mins walk, has Family Mart nearby. Staffs are helpful and pleasant. We arrived around 10.30am, they let us leave our luggage there as the check in time is 3.00pm. Towels, yukata, slippers, toiletries are all provided. They even gave face mask, face lotion, face cleansing oil,etc. Hotel room is clean, although not too huge, but comfortable enough for both of us. Bed and pillows are also comfortable, hot shower and bath is available en suite. Communication with staffs are okay, if you know a lil japanese. Overall very happy

This hotel was very good for the price. The room was simple but clean. It was a quick drive to the sand museum. The only downside is that there aren’t too many restaurants open late nearby

A bit far away from Tottori station. It takes 10 to 15 minutes walk. But very easy to find, just go straight down the road. Room is spacious in Japan. TV a bit smaller. No other facilities like onsen.

Very very old hotel”
The hotel is very old. Overnight parking is available for self driving. 500 yen per night if i can remember correctly. Internet is very bad and not reliable. So old that it feels a little spooky at night. Lots of food options near the Tottori station at about 10-15 mins walk away. Would book a different hotel at Tottori the next time.

I have booked a room at the new wing, but forgot to mention that I would prefer to have a non smoking room. I was arranged to a smoking room and they didnt have non smoking room anymore. Room is clean but old. Value for money. Charged parking is available, but was very full at night and you will have to leave your car key to the hotel.

The rooms and facilities are pretty standard. But note that the hotel is about 10 mins walk from the JR station. If you are staying in Tottori just for a night or transiting between cities, I would suggest picking hotels closer to the train station.

Good Hotel which gets the job done”
I stayed for 2 nights on a sight-seeing trip. The room is small but functional, and the location isn't too inconvenient. About 10mins walk away from Tottori Station along the main street.

A bit of a hike from station”
If you have a lot of luggage you might consider a taxi to this hotel. We just had small backpacks so the 10 minute walk from the station was fine. The hotel has a microwave on the ground floor to heat meals. The rooms are standard business hotel style, but as usual in Japan, Spotlessly clean. We were booked in over the weekend and were surprised at how few eating options were open at night. There is a 7-Eleven a couple of blocks away. We would stay again.

- Value for money - The cleaners did an awesome job in keeping the room clean and neat - Comfortable bed - Its like your standard business hotel + If you want to wash your clothes, go to the counter. You can pay the staff directly and it comes with a pack of laundry powder.They will bring you to the locked laundry room and once you are done, you can return the key back to the counter.

Location is a bit far from JR station, have to walk for 15 minutes but it is still fine. Nearby got a lot good food and restaurants. Bus stop is located at the opposite of the hotel to sand dunes. Room is clean with reasonable price.

Clean room, slightly larger than the norm for this class of hotel as was the bed. A 10 to 15 minute walk from the station. Easy to find. Great staff.
