Nice service and perfect location”

The room is tidy and clean, staff provides really fantastic services that I never expect that much! besides, I enjoy their breakfast! the dishes will be slightly changed, thus even I stayed there for over 4 nights, I won't get tired of their breakie. But there is two things i have to mention, the showering place is a little bit too small and the soundproofing of the room is not really good. Overall, it is still an amazing experience to stay there, i would like to recommend it to people who travel to Pisa.

Very good value for the money ”

We only spent one night at this hotel as we were going further to Florence but it was a perfect place to get to from the airport, we walked for 15 minutes at night - no problem, we felt safe and reception was ready waiting for us. Breakfast simple but there was all you need to kick-start your busy day :) I recommend this place

Room without aircon”

It was so hot in the room and there is window that has been cover with a rolling door outside the window so the wind can't come into the room, the reception told us that the aircon is not working and the room is so hot till we can sleep!

Above average”

The location is very close to Pisa Centrale, that was the only thing that made me happy. The room and bathroom are very small. No kettle or drinking water inside the room. Breakfast is very basic. Breakfast time is until 9.30am, we went at 8.30am but food almost finished. When we asked for boil eggs, the staff said they won't top up anymore eventhough there were few more guests came afterwards.

This hotel has very nice service. Our room and the bathroom were pretty small, but it was enough for one night. The room was clean but for sure needs some refreshing.

Old and tired”

Location feels unsafe at night. Aircon is not cold at all and we need to move the bed to be under aircon. Staff not friendly.

Satisfactory accomodation”

Small rather modern room with nice bathroom. Good location for train connections and the airport tram, still within easy walk to the centre. Normal breakfast. Effective service without smiles.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location”

We got there around 8 pm and the receptionist was not hospitable at all. Grumpy and somewhat annoyed. After got into the room, it was quite okay, but i would not say that it was clean. The bathroom was fine, but the bed was bad and during our stay the wifi was not working and the AC was uncontrollably too cold. So, generally, we did not enjoy our stay at this hotel.

Decent, clean room, bed was king size which took up most of the space. Breakfast good, location perfect for the railway station

standard modern type of hotel”

We only stayed for a couple of days, but this hotel is ok value for money. Room was good, staff helpful, although the buffet breakfast was a bit limited.
