Why I have to suffer these things during and after my trip?”
I received an email from agoda that I had not paid the accommodation fee and the hotel couldn’t contact me by phone after the stay (becuz my phone no. didn’t work in Japan). I was confused that I should have been paid by credit card on the date of arrival but I really could not find any receipt and there was no money deduction on my credit card statement. I didn’t know what’s wrong on my payment but the hotel didn’t notice me on my check-out date (3rd date). The hotel said I haven’t followed their policy. I asked agado whether agoda could pay the money to the hotel using my credit card but agoda refused to do so. I could only contact the hotel by phone or through agoda. I asked agoda for an email contact of the hotel but agoda gave me a invalid email and didn’t reply me anymore. After I returned Hong Kong, I tried to call the hotel using long-distance call or I would be on the black-list. Finally, I paid using telegraphic transfer and costed >HKD500 of service charge. Bad experience!

The only thing going for this hotel is it’s location, situated lakefront. However, Yasumiya is such a small town that everything is literally within a 5 min walk. Unless you HAVE TO be right at lakefront, absolutely not worth the expense to stay here. Rooms are incredibly outdated and for this reason, feels unclean. Western-style beds are hideously uncomfortable and other furniture in the room is in even worse condition. We were on the 4th floor which is a non-smoking floor (3rd floor is for smokers), but smelled like cigarettes all the same. The public bath is small and poorly stocked (no extra towelettes or other amenities). The front desk staff, as with all Japanese workers in the service sector were polite and accommodating. I ran into a reservation issue, however, and the manager was the master of passive aggressiveness in dealing with my complaints. All in all, I would never stay here again. On a side note, we had dinner at Hotel Towadaso down the street. Beautiful hotel and cheaper. Stay there!!!

No Zawa Yo Suke 10 stars!”
We are 2 cyclists. After the Oirase gorge we were not sure we could ride to to hotel. Luckily for us the ferry took us right across. Mr. No Zawa Yo Suke and staff greeted us and made us feel welcomed. We needed help to ride out of town the next day with a very long climb. Most people told us there were no buses or other transportation to help us. He was able to get us a van the next day to take us up and down the difficult wet roads. He made our stay the best!! Also, the driver we had was excellent. I hope the management gives high praise to No Zawa Yo Suke for being a superior front desk person! We were unhappy there was no food available after I asked about places to eat and the hotel never told us we needed a reservation. We walked up the hill for some edamame and noodles. Reminder to reserve dinner or bring food! A nice place on the lake but the best part was the front desk staff.

夫婦でお世話になりました。 ラウンジからの景色が絶景で素晴らしかったです。ホテル内から十和田湖にすぐ出れるので、沢山お散歩もできて最高でした。奥入瀬渓流へも車ですぐ行けるので、十和田湖、奥入瀬観光を検討の方にはとてもおすすめです！お陰様で大変有意義で心躍る旅になりました！ありがとうございます。

チェックイン時刻より早めの到着のためロビーを使わせていただきました 悪天候で外出もままならない状況でたいへんたすかりました ・－・－・－・－・－・－・－・－・－・ ・冷蔵庫の製氷室がありえないくらいの汚れで使用を躊躇う ・バスルームのボディソープ、シャンプーは前泊の方が利用したままでしょうか？ 容器の半量でも良いと思いますが、高さを揃えるくらいの手間は惜しまないでほしい 設備の老朽化や営業期間が限られているなど、いろいろな厳しいご事情はあると存じますが、「次に泊まるのが楽しみ」となるようなホテルにしてください お願いします！
