Fuss-free”
The public bath is very good after a day of exploring. Toyama makes for a great base for exploring the Alpine Route and the surrounding area. Toyama Manten has a tram stop (Sakrabashi) right in front but you can also walk to Toyama station. It’s very near the castle grounds and right beside the river park.

Very considerable staff”
This hotel is quite far from Toyama Station but it is very easy to reach if you take a tram. There is a tram station just in front of the hotel. We book a deluxe room and we found that the room is big and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are all very warm and nice. When we reach the hotel, we are very tired and exhausted and one of the staff notice it and she even let us check in earlier without any charges. Really appreciate it. Will recommend to my friend to stay in this hotel. Thanks to the warm welcome from the staff.

Comfortable one with hot spring~”
It is a cozy and comfortable hotel, the room is clean and tidy. It takes 10-15mins walking distance from the train station. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Also, dun miss the hot spring at the top floor of the hotel, there is a wonderful place to have a city sight when u enjoy in the hot spring. A highly recommended one if you travelling in Toyama!

Hotel is 5-10 mins walk from Toyama station. Good thing is that the city is equipped with tram transport system which will drop you right in front of the hotel. The hotel has good japanese style breakfast buffet. Hotel has Tram free voucher for guests ,pls ask the hotel reception counter.

Great location, nice hotel and facilities. GReat breakfast. 2 blocks away from Toyama Castle. 1 min walk to cherry blossom lined river. 10 mins walk to Toyama station. Staffs were really nice and very accommodating, I mean REALLY.

Very good public bath”
Good location, located on tram station or you can walk just 15 minutes from Toyama station. Friendly staff with good English. Excellence breakfast just 1200¥. Lovely large public bath on 12 floor with the view of entire city and Japan Alps scene. The only thing that should be improve is air-condition in the room is not work well. The room is too warm especially when you just came back from the hot water at the public bath.

Location is so-so as you still need to ride a tramway from the Toyama Station a bit far if you decide to give it a walk. However, they do have free access to Japanese style bath (Onsen) for guests at the 11th floor. Very clean hotel, staff are friendly and competent. The room was decently spacious and is clean. It was just a bit pricey for the kind of hotel but then again not a whole lot of choices in Toyama.

Value for money and helpful staff”
I chose to stay at Toyama because I wanted to go to Tateyama Kurobe from Toyama. A typhoon was approaching Japan during my stay. Though it seemed that the staff was not really familiar about luggage arrangements for Tateyama Kurobe visitors, but they were kind to make calls to check and answer questions regarding weather. The hotel is not really close to the train station but easy to locate. There is a public bath with wonderful view but I didn't go, so no comment.

Enjoyable 3 days stay”
Hotel is along the main road and beside the Sakurabashi tram stop. Hotel provides free tram ride tickets. It has a nice onsen with beautiful view of the mountains. Staff are friendly and can speak English. Room is cosy and clean. Hotel provides free luggage storage for early arrivals. Very happy with my 3 days stay.

Quite Small, Perfectly Fine for a Place to Sleep”
Only stayed in Toyama to be close enough to the "Kaze no Bon" in Yatsuo. Perfectly fine, but very small room, cabinet toilet & low ceiling (I'm 6'2" I was almost hitting the roof all the time). The staff are extremely friendly, although their English ability is not great so be prepare! There's a nice western cafe downstairs, but there're more restaurant further down-town / market & there's a onsen on the top floor to all guests. Easy walk to the train station which is just what we needed.

Nice public bath with Tateyama view”
I stayed here twice already. What I like about this hotel is the public bath on the top floor. My wife said the women’s area is so so, but for me men’s area was awesome. Breakfast was nice if you like Japanese style breakfast. The hotel is a bit far from Toyama station and you need to ride a tram to get there. I had a car, but the parking lot was full, so gotta drive around to find a pay parking. Only thing that I don’t like was someone from the next room kept banging my wall late at night. Very strange behavior.

Good Location”
My experience with this hotel is good. The staff was very helpful. I was on self-drive tour with my family to Tateyama and stayed here for two nights. The charge for parking over-night (from 1400 to 1000) was only 1080Yen. The public bath room on 11th floor was also great. You can have a nice city view. The breakfast was reasonable with both Japanese and Western style food. Overall, value for money.

Pros: 1. Staff is really helpful and willing to fulfill requests 2. The good-view onsen is definitely a plus for a business hotel 3. Guestroom and bathtub is more spacious than usual business hotel Cons: 1. The price range here is little bit higher than nearby alternatives (I booked here since I got a schedule but nearby hotels got fully booked) 2. For a business hotel its location is little bit far from transportation hub. Requires at least 10mins walk from station, or alternatively take a tram to arrive here

Extremely helpful staff”
It's a nice hotel for local Japanes. So the outlook are classic but inside facility are new. That s great. Staff there are very helpful , for instant, I was finishing a shabu shabu shop and then they told me the one I found is not the best and suggest her choice . The staff are very considerate and no neeed hesitate to find them when u need assistance
