Basic hotel great value for short stay. Clean room and staff is helpful. I was have problem with the computer and printer at the lobby. Staff spent 30 min. With me to fix it. Breakfast was basic but good . Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Very close ( 2 min walk) to KTX train station , subway and city HOHO bus just across the street

This is my fourth time staying at toyoko inn chain. Other than the strict late check in timing at 4pm, they scored in every aspect. Location was just opposite exit 2 of Busan ktx station. Busan subway entrance is also 3 mins walk. Room is clean. Breakfast is great. Reception staff looks unhappy though, except an English speaking lady who is very helpful with our luggage and request. Overall, it was a great experience. Will be back again.

The location is superb, just across the road from Busan KTX Exit 1 where there are small eateries and 24 hrs convenience stores. At Level 1 of the hotel lobby, there are 2 washers & dryers (beside the toilets) which is a plus factor and there is drinks vending machine, water dispenser, ice dispenser and microwave. The 2 of us stayed in the twin bedroom at 20th floor for 3 nights. The hotel room and bathroom is small and we can only open our L-sized luggage on the bed, but everything we need is there and the room is clean. But when we want to request for additional pillows, we can only ask for maximum 1 extra pillow per room. And when we have some issues with the washer & dryer, we tried to approach the counter staff for help but they cannot offer any help or assistance at all, which is pretty disappointing. Overall, the experience is good, room is clean, really easy to reach both Busan KTX and Busan Station Line 1 metro subway (Tips: There's a lift in between exit 4 and 6 if you are too tired from climbing stairs). Staff needs to improve on service standard as they were pretty "cold" and nonchalant attitude towards us.

Very convenient across the street from the train terminal and a major subway stop. China Town and lots of restaurants within a few blocks. Small room with very small bathroom but up to date. Decent breakfast included.

Had a good experience staying here. Wasn't allowed to check-in before 4 p.m., but knew about that ahead of time and was fine with leaving my luggage in the lobby. Bathroom had a deep tub for soaking. A Japanese chain.

Very good location, nice and simple but sufficient breakfast. Room and attached bathroom is clean . Would suggest to provide more hangers and foldable bench /shelf for convenient use to place small cabin luggage bag when needed.
