Excellent”

Japanese standards cleanliness, utility, and a friendly and helpful staff is well represented at this hotel. The only down-side which is not the hotel's fault is roosters squawking 24/7 and loud music from the Barangay Hall and a nearby nightclub. But other than these outside environmental issues, the hotel itself is excellent, and it's attachment to the J Center Mall and attached businesses is very convenient. Highly recommended.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They have great selection of breakfast and free airport transfer. We went to immigration office which is i the same area so its very convenient for us. They pick us and send us at the airport which is a plus! I highly recommend this place!

Clean and Worth it”

The hotel is top notch in Cebu. Very clean rooms and amazing staff. Breakfast was decent too. The hotel shuttle was also an amazing benefit for all guests. Love Toyoko Inn, Will definitely come back here for sure! I’m recommending this to everyone who will visit Cebu.

The location is great. It is connected/just beside the mall. The staffs are professional and friendly too. There is a warning inside the room that the smoke alarm is sensitive, so you have to be careful with that. They have room slippers, which makes it convenient. You don't have to bring your own, but you can't take it home.

Fantastic hotel”

Stayed for a night and the hotel is superb. Since it's a Japan-owned hotel, there's no doubt it's one of the best. Staffs are friendly, there's also Japanese-speaking staff, very clean room, strong Wi-Fi and yummy breakfast. Would recommend for solo or even business travel.

Great stay!clean room”

It was my first time really having a great room with a minimum rates with a very pleasant staff and the environment is clean,with blower,fridge and heater, and such a great location,everything are just around the building like atm's,24hrs covenient store and of course the malls just besides.They can only cater breakfast,but its pretty okay,all us just around there.I want to go back again here with my family. By the way it takes 20mins to the airport which I like most.

Nice place”

The rooms are clean, the cleaning crew is very good, the aircon is great and i really don't have anything to complain. There is an elevator to bring you directly to the mall. The waterpark is closed at the moment. The only thing I found annoying was that the elevators always stop on the 6th floor wherever you use them to go from your room to the lobby or the other way around.

Nice hotel ”

Staff are awesome, clean hotel , accessible for everything. The room is not really wide as I expect but it was clean, I like the view from the room . Anyway, the only thing was the bed it says queen size but it's not what I expect it came up with two single size bed and put it together to become one and the center of the bed was not comfortable if you are couple. Its okay for solo.

everything was good except...”

all in all, it was a good experience, however, the check-out time was too early. We were there to catch up on an important matter hoping that we can leave our baggage at least a couple of hours before 12 noon. But we found out that the check-out time was 10 am and we had to carry our things all throughout. but everything was really nice. the place is too clean and the staff is the best. if you can please extend the check-out time until 12 Noon it would be best.

Very clean hotel! Staffs were very courteous and there’s an adjacent mall next to the hotel which is an ad on bonus ! This is my second time to be back

Good stay”

The place is nice, convenient and accessible. It’s worth the price. Having 2 young children is quite tough and our stay here turned out to be perfect because it’s everything we need is just around. The room is clean and the staff are so friendly and approachable. The only problem is the hot shower, it’s not automatic. Thus, you have to call the reception to let someone turn on the hot shower. There’s a free breakfast and it’s not that bad. There’s also a free shuttle for pick up and going to the airport and this is the plus point for us as we have 2 kids and our flight is so early in the morning. There’s also a free access of the swimming pool but in my point of view the pool is not clean and well maintained. If you’re looking for some fast food restaurants, it’s just in the same building and you can shop as well. They have also laundry and it’s inside the building. Overall, our stay is good and worth the price.

Cheaper and more amenities than Quest Hotel”

By the recommendation of a friend, I chose this hotel because they have good specials. They are very helpful. I want to give a shout out to Charmaine. As I exited the airport, I was looking for her for a shuttle pick up. I could not find her. However, she asked around and found me (The guy asking where the Toyoko Inn shuttle is).
