Exceptional”

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the Kushiro JR station and bus terminal. It provides services such as coin-operated washer and dryer,  complementary breakfast and curry rice dinner, plus pickup/dropoff to/from the JR station. The hotel room size is comparable to typical hotels in Japan and Wi-Fi is accessible from the hotel room. Overall, a value-for-money hotel package.

wonderful job by the hotel reception”

I like to commend on the good work done by the hotel receptionist. On 25/8/15, when I checked in in the evening, I was attended by a lady receptionist wearing spectacles wearing a yellow hotel uniform. I realised that I have left my samsung tablet at the Lavender Farm at Furano. I asked her for help and furnished her with the name and telephone number of the farm. She was patient even though there was communication problems. The next morning, she passed me a note in japanese and told me to collect my tablet at the farm anytime after I checked out of the hotel. I was very grateful. I didn't got her name but in the note, I noticed a name Kitashima, but I am not sure whether it was her name.

it's good experience”

hotel location is quite good, facilities is clean and comfortable, breadfast is good. all is good except the receptionist, the fat girl, is not friendly and she didn't tell us visitor need do the registration before entering into room, although she has seen my friend go upstair with us from camera screen. and after check-out, she let other staff to charge us extra cost for the visitor. although this misunderstanding has been clarified, but it's not good experience, especially it's not easy to communicate with staffs in english.

Nice Clean modern Hotel ”

This little hotel was a great find, although the location is a bit far from the main station, Its still close enough to walk. Facilities were modern and the whole establishment was very clean and well maintained.

car parking is limit and full upon our check in arrival. Staff lead us to another car park away from the hotel which is a bit inconvenient.

エレベーターも2基あるしエレベーター待ちが無い。 それだけでも急いでる時刃助かる。 部屋も綺麗だしスタッフの対応も良かった。

設備環境バッチリです。ベットにへたりが感じられません。

夕方、カレーライスの無料サービス有り。 朝食バイキング無料サービス有り。 ホテルスタッフが明るく親切に対応してくれます。

スタッフが気持ち良い^_^”

お掃除の方も含めて、スタッフの全員が気持ち良い接遇でした。

安定の東横インだが”

唯一残念だったのが、朝食会場とその内容。ロビーのスペースそのもの。炊き出し配給会場のよう。最後の最後にさもしい思いに。

北海道の人柄か言葉が微妙に通じない（私　日本人） ホテル会員になると特典があるが会員申し込みに記載して「やっぱりやめるので書いた用紙ちょうだい。」と言っても「こちらで処理します。」とかたくなに渡してくれない。 常連から「夜　無料のカレーがある。」と聞いたのだが「コロナでやっていない。」 朝ごはんの無料も説明なし ホテルに入ってくつろぐ前に説明書全部読めってか？ サービスなんだからでっかくわかるように部屋に貼ってほしい。

ベッドが硬いので、私は苦手でした ベッドが硬いのが好きな方には良いと思います。朝食はお弁当で、館内で食べることができました。毎日、漬物とかまぼこが出てきて、苦手なので残してしまいそこがもったいないと感じました。 お手頃な価格で泊まりたい方におすすめです。
