Convenient yet away from the hassle of the city”

Clean, Convenient and quiet

Ok, its not the most convenient location in Osaka, but you can get to a subway station in around 5 mins walk. However, the little neighbourhoods of Minamihorie and Kitahorie are more quiet and more fashionable then the Shinsaibashi area and this make the stay more enjoyable as this location isn't close to the hassle and noise of the city. Room is small as expected but the price is reasonable. To my surprise they serve breakfast also.

フロントのスタッフの方はあまり愛想がありませんでしたがテキパキとしていてスムーズにチェックインできたのではないかなと思います。 壁が薄いのか隣のお部屋の物音が少し聞こえましたが、夜は普通に寝れました。

特別なツイン”

妻と二人で利用しました。ツインで予約したのですが、おそらくこのような部屋は限定だと思います。真ん中にトイレがあり、ルームは二つに分かれていて、冷蔵庫１台、テレビは各２台で別室の感じでした。

このところ宿泊費込みの無料朝食でも充実ホテルが増えている中、はしりのような存在である東横イン、以前とほぼ変わらないほど内容が貧弱である。

スタッフが親切”

大手チェーンホテルですので、スタッフのみなさん親切でした,。無料の朝食サービスもパンとコーヒーだけでなく、おにぎりや副菜もあり、そしてお部屋で食べられるようにテイクアウト用の容器も置いてあり、コロナ対策もされていて大変有難かったです。 とても良いホテルだと思いますが、設備についてのマイナスポイントをあげるとすると荷物を置くスタンドがなかったこと。ボストンバックを床に直置きしなければしなければならず、除菌スプレーでカーペットを消毒し、紙袋を切り開いてその上に置きました。またセーフティボックスも部屋にはありませんでした。agodaの設備には記載がありましたので、取り付けがないのなら編集して消して頂きたいです。 荷物置きがあれば完璧だったと思います。
