Comfortable”

It was quite a comfortable stay. Room was clean and cozy. They serve a good Japanese style breakfast. I always stay at this hotel when having a meeting in Tsukuba.

Good standard and location”

We stayed here because Tsukuba centre was booked out at the time - the standard of the hotel was comparable to those in the centre, and it was easy to take the train there as well as to Tokyo. Rooms have a good amount of space and a basic breakfast is provided. Check-in time is fairly late, at 4pm, but you can pay to check in earlier. Also has easy access to a mall and restaurants.

Standard”

The hotel was almost standard. It has new building and locate near station : KENKYUGAKUEN. We could take a walk to station with 3 min. But if you like to go TUKUBA_UNIV, you have to go TUKUBA with train once and after to take a bus. no bus from this station to UNIV. or,,using TAXI, it's cost almost 1500~2000jpn. There are only few restrunt near hotel. you are better to take a diner near TUKUBA station.

Very good location, near malls, train station, convenience stores and restaurants. Not much options for breakfast (mainly japanese breakfast only). The double room has limited space, no space to open your luggage.

Couldn't get a reservation for the third night, but the smoking room was fine and we had a good stay. The room was also clean.

すごい猛暑の中、夜静かに安眠出来て快適な部屋でした。

友人と周辺で飲んで”

周辺から歩いて帰れる。 駅も近いし、駐車場も安く選択肢がある。 スタッフさんは親切。フロントさんだけでなくパーキングやお掃除の方も含めて、礼儀正しく利用慣れしていなくても安心できました。 清潔、アメニティは必要最低限だが、バケーション利用しているわけではないので充分。

Parking lot”

There are a few parking spaces on flat ground, but the main parking is a multi-level parking lot, so it was a bit inconvenient to move the car in and out when I wanted to go out. Other than that, there was nothing to worry about. I would like to use it again.

Very good”

The satisfaction level was high, but I couldn't sleep well because of the noise from the next room. The hotel staff were polite and I had a very good impression.

徒歩3分くらいのショッピングモールは遅くまで開いているので、何でもそこで済みます。

清潔でリーズナブルなホテル”

ツインの部屋をシングルユースしましたので、広い部屋で朝までグッスリ休めました。 サービスの朝食はもう少し料理のバラエティーがあると嬉しいですが、ビジネスユースにはちょうどよいかもしれません。

アクセスよし”

駅前にあり、無料朝食付き、各地にあり設備が統一しているので、ビジネスでの利用に適している。

快適”

部屋は小さいけど、掃除が行き届いていて清潔で快適でした。 朝食も満足でした。
