Great Staff,location,30 sec from direct bus stop from Narita air port. clean. Not sure about the breakfast inclusion ??? Room a little small,need more wall hooks or sheaves. But great stay. Thank you.

Great location”

The hotel staff are next to impossible to talk to. they dont speak english at all. it was my 4th time to stay in this hotel. (no choice. its the only hotel in the area) But this time i choose the double room (master) though the room was a little different what what i saw in the website. the room was so small. that I cant even open my 2 luggages at the same time. The service was really bad. that if you want to request anything. they would ask you to get it your self at the reception. Bathe robes. combs. and razors are kept in a weird looking cabinet beside the elevator (lobby area) so you are obligated to go down if you need some. They have free breakfast for all the guests. the food are okay. decent enough. The only problem i had was i booked for a smoking room. and they dont have a good ventination system. And they would just give you a portable funny looking PINK humidifier. ( which for me is not helping at all) Location wise: the hotel is next to Yashion-eki which is good if you want to travel to ibaraki or tokyo. via tsukuba express. There is a mini shopping mall in the station. 711 across the hotel. and some good restaurants around. but they closes early. I had a bad experience with asking for pillows. they would charge you if you need an extra. This hotel charges averything extra that you need. they did not even inform the guests about the check out time. (10am) then they would just charge you for extra hours.

Well, this hotel is an excellent business hotel but may not be suitable for small kids.

Near shopping area of tokyo”

My stay experienced here is good, they have a clean and neat room. They also have a huge room which i was not expecting for a 3 star hotel. It is also near shopping are of tokyo. Its near also in train and subway station.

予約した部屋が喫煙室だったためバリアフリーの禁煙室に代えていただきました。 お風呂においてある、椅子や台が病院においてあるものだったため、まるで病院にいるような感覚がして、入院していた頃を思い出し、少し落ち込んでしまいました。一応ホテルなので、もう少しデザインを選んでいただけるとありがたかったです。

Exceptional”

洗面所の蛇口の付け根から水漏れあり。風呂にお湯貯める間に洗面所が水浸しになる。早めの修理をお願いします。
