Try out new hotel in Hatyai .”

I stayed over the years in nearly all hotels in Hatyai . Hotels in city centre getting old and you see lack of maintenance . Weeks before my stay in TR Rock hill is stayed in Crystal hotel Hatyai what was not bad but the TR Rock Hotel is better .

Serenity & security within city area”

TR Rock Hill Hotel were newly opened when we stayed there. Facilities were very good and adequate. The location is very suitable for travelers to Hat Yai who appreciate peace yet being close to the city. Security was excellent and the security guy (Mat) was very courteous and helpful in providing direction and travel & food suggestions to us. However, the front desk staff were inexperience and slow.

Good Hotel. Good interior design, l like it ”

location is quite area and away from busy town. I like it. Room is very clean up everyday. Good interior design and hotel concept. I like the idea of hotel to saved all electric at corridor, lighting will be turn on automatic once someone walk in. In-room, house maid were put the bottle of complimentary water and instant of tea/coffee everyday. I always choose this hotel as first place if l staying in Had Yai and l am returning guest for many times here.

Lovely hotel with good facilities ,design, and staff.”

My family and I love this hotel because it is new, good facilities such as swimming pools, playground, and etc. The room is clean and big. This hotel is a good choice to stay if you have kids. Nice bathroom and all. Good one in Hat Yai.

Nice Hotel”

If you don't have your own car this is not the place to stay. Location wise is quite far from Lee Garden and shopping area. The nearest is Central Festival which is about 2 kilometers away. However, the hotel is new and the decor is kind of gothic style which is awesome. They have a swimming pool but you have to pass by the lobby to get to the pool which is not convenient. They also have a play area for kids. No iron provided which I think they should provide for the price that you are paying. Check in was fast but you have to provide a deposit of 500 Baht per room. Service provided was good especially by the bellboy. Breakfast spread was just nice. Will come again because the hotel itself is lovely

Very good”

A good option for a hotel stay near PSU. We were impressed with the responsiveness of the staff each time we need anything. The bellboys were especially helpful. Our connecting rooms have two armchairs, one stool, one small table, & plenty of surface to put our stuff on. More lights in the room would be perfect. There's a play room for small kids with a trampoline, but sadly it wasn't equipped with an aircon. Location-wise, much better if drive own car, although the hotel provides a shuttle (more like a nicer tuk-tuk) to go around Hat Yai. Vast breakfast options but we only opted for toasts, cereals, & salads as the restaurant doesn't serve Halal food.

Superb hotel that worth every penny.”

The hotel is very new and well decorated. The Cleanliness is topnorch level. The Staff is very nice. The facilities might not cover everything you need but you still get a very nice and huge pool. I would be more happy if the hotel would provide the fitness center as well. The only down point of the hotel is its location. It's pretty far from the main road which makes it impossible for the choice of the hotel if you don't have your own car as it's very difficult to commute around. However, if you have your own car or you can rent a car, the hotel is perfect for the amount spent. I will surely choose this hotel once again on my next stay in Hatyai.

Even the location quite far but with this price it's so valuable. If you don't have cars. You can use tuk-tuk service to get around. They can drop you anywhere in city then you can call to pick you up when you want to go back. The room quite big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast so so, nothing special. - ไกลไปนิดจากถนนสายหลัก แต่ก็ไม่ใช่ปัญหาถ้ามีรถยนต์ - ถ้าไม่ได้เอารถมาด้วย ทางโรงแรมมีบริการโทรเรียกรถตุ๊กตุ๊กให้ได้ ราคากันเอง - ห้องกว้าง อยู่สบายไม่อึดอัด ไฟในห้องสวยมาก ถ่ายรูปออกมาสวยดี - เตียงใหญ่ นอนสบาย - ทีวีชัดแจ๋ว เจอทีวีห่วยๆ ภาพไม่ชัดจากที่อื่น แต่ที่นี่ ทีวีชัดมาก - สายชำระไม่แรงจนเกินไป แสดงถึงความใส่ใจในรายละเอียดเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ของโรงแรม - อาหารเช้าธรรมดาไปหน่อย วันที่ไปพัก สลัดบาร์กับโซนของหวานแทบแยกกันไม่ออก ขนมจีนน้ำยาก็หมดไวไปหน่อย (เข้าไปกินตอนสายหน่อย ราว 9 โมงเช้า) - ห้องอาหารเช้าอยู่ชั้น 8 วิวสวยดี ถ้ามีโอกาสไปหาดใหญ่อีกและจองได้ราคาเดิม ก็จะพักที่นี่อีกครั้งตลอดทริป ไม่ย้ายไปไหนละ

Perfect Choice!”

The modern styles of hotel room and cleanliness was great. The staffs were friendly and helpful too. The food and beverage provided were reasonable and delicious, not to forget about their various choice of breakfast and tasty. Recommended for a stay if you are looking for a relaxing stay (not in busy town) as the location will be a little far from the town. Last but not least, the pool maintenance needed an improvement as we are seeing the pool water was cloudy and not well maintained.

hometown hotel staycation”

The nice and new hotel (3 months old). Modern concept with hipster style. Room is modern and clean. Complete with swimming pool and kids club. Good breakfast with variety of food for muslim too. The cafeteria is cool place to having meal. staffs are very friendly and helpful. The only one problem with the hotel is location which is deep down the small road. Need to have car to reach the place and to go out anywhere around. However hope that future developing of surrounding area will make the place easier accessible and i surely will come again. Thank you.

Comfortable mid-range option”

Relatively clean, elegantly designed and comfortable rooms, with a lovely swimming pool and polite, earnest staff offering welcome drinks. Buffet breakfast on the 8th floor is delicious, although the variety can be improved for its price. But the location is relatively remote, and there is a lack of good eating options within walking distance from the hotel. The best bet is to take the hotel tuk tuk (100 baht per trip) to the shopping malls or night markets.

New hotel, a bit far frm town. For people that love quiet place for relaxation, here u are. Free bicycle for u to roam around the hotel or outside if u wish to. The local foodstalls n 7-11 not far away. We juz stay 1 nite as stopover. Really enjoy the environment. Bump into the owner during the checkout who very friendly n have a big ambition of new concept of hotel stay for his guest. Will come back to stay again.

I'm pretty satisfied with this hotel and would recommend my friends for a stay here! The hotel location is actually okay not too far away if you are using GRAB car service. Is so convenient there. I don't mind travel for 15 minutes over and for me that's really okay. But is far if you are going near to the sea/beach area. Is clean and new! Nice room. Breakfast is also nice! Love it.

NEW & CLEAN HOTEL, NICE STAFF.”

The hotel is above expectations, surrounding is very quiet, suitable for us who is looking for an escape from the hustle bustle from the city.. The staffs are helpful. We were amazed by the service of one of the staff, name "Boy", he is very friendly and helpful in all way and always with a smiley face, two thumbs up for you Boy! Will see you again on next visit.

New hotel , will recommend to stay”

The location of this hotel need a car to access, outside hotel has nothing to see. Hotel is new and all furnishing is up to date. Limited outdoor parking but no issue. Breakfast is good. Value for money . I recommend other to stay here.

Clean, door bell staff very friendly”

Very clean and comfortable. Only bath water pump pressure not that strong, but still acceptable. Door bell staff are very friendly, they will help us to book van/tuk tuk with reasonable price. A bit far away from main town, take tuk tuk will spent around 10 minutes to reach main town. Environment is very beautiful, even there are few couple to take pre-wedding picture here. Breakfast is good, variety of choices.

Great services, affordable price, not your choice if you don't have own transportation”

It is a new hotel, the staffs are great and friendly. Breakfast included, buffet style, restaurant at top floor with nice interior design, it's great! swimming pool and children playroom are bonus, but please make sure the swimming pool water is clean in daily basis. It was considerably dirty during our stay. There are bars/pubs attached to hotel, so we still hearing the music from there slightly during night time. Overall, it was a great stay there.

My kids love the hotel because of its swimming pool, playroom, and breakfast line. This hotel is a brand-new hotel with very nice design, what a lovely place to stay. The room we stayed was clean and nice.Staff gave us a warm welcome. Everything here is good. Not expensive =)

Exceptional”

Near new hotel, very tidy & clean. Really good stay, staff very helpful, pool child friendly & well maintained. We arrived 8.30 am after traveling overnight from Bangkok & where given a room straight away, no early book-in charge, highly recommend.

Fantastic stay and experience”

This is a very nicely decorated hotel with friendly helpful staff. We had particularly good service from the staff on arrival. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The breakfast food in the cafe is very good and the selection in the buffet is plentiful and varied. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone.
