Just right”

It has everything you need for a very good price. We stayed there 4 nights and and the only thing that was a bit annoying is that they did room cleaning to early. This is why we didn't have room cleaning every time. And the walls were a bit thin or the neigbours were just loud. But yeah, its Venice. The location was wonderfull once you got the scope of the place and it just added to what was, a wondefullt extended weekend!

For the price they are asking, the value is great! Great location (just 10 min walk from Piazza Roma). It’s a place to sleep and shower, nothing more, so only for that it’s a great place. Great for low cost travelers!

- it very hard to find the hotel when you arrive as the pin in google map is very very far apart the actual location. - water heater doesn't work well, it always too hot or too cool with no proper temperature. - staffs are very friendly and kind.

Friendly easy hotel”

Check in is smooth and fast, but you have to carry your luggage upstairs as there has no lift. You could leave your luggage for free after check out. The staff is very kind and friendly. Many restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Go for location and nothing else”

They emailed me once I booked to check my arrival time, check in time process took only 2 minutes!! The room is clean.. 15 mins walk to San Marco and many restaurants, cafes, Shopsand Supermarkets on the way, they let me leave my Luggages all the day after checkout.. Thanks a lot for this remarkable hospitiality and Definitely will come back if visited Venice again.

Wonderful, clean room”

We booked the double room with shared bathroom. The room was excellent - comfortable bed, A/C and wifi were excellent. Room itself had a private shower, hand basin and mini fridge. Only the toilet is shared (with 3-4 other rooms) but was always free. The hotel is in a great location - very close to the bus station and people mover but not too far from the Grand Canal and St Mark's Square. Lots of nearby restaurants and supermarkets to choose from. The man on the front desk was very welcoming.

This is the perfect aparthotel. It is within walking distance of the station and the bus terminal. near many cafes. at the reception they meet the hotel owners, very helpful and kind young people who will answer all questions and help. the rooms are spacious and clean. this is more an apartment hotel, because in the evening at the reception there is no one, but you can always call the owners. . . Walking distance from Venezia P.le Roma bus station to hotel. Room is clean. Staff is polite and helpful. Do remember tell them in advance if you checking in late. They will ask you to go Ristorante Pizzeria Dolfin to collect room key. Then check in next morning.

A Good value for money Hotel”

The staff at hotel was extremely helpful. Our late check-in (after reception close time) was smooth with the instructions provided by the hotel. The location itself is great - pretty quiet and very near to main student area, where cheap eateries are :)

The localization is good, clean. Room was not too large. Bathroom ok, but the shower was hard to adjust temperature. Good value.

Cosy hotel ”

Nice hotel , friendly staff, room is clean en nice!! You’ve got all the facilities you need!! The location is good as well, walking distance to the tourist attractions while staying in less busy part of Venice!! Near lovely cafés en bars.... I enjoyed my stay, will come back again!!

Ok but no air con & heater available ”

The room is tiny but with great location and friendly staff. Has restaurant around and walkable distance to train station. However, when we reached there, it’s the end of October, aircon is no longer available. And when we wanted to on the heater, we needed to ask the staff turned it on for us. At the end, the heater wasn’t working as well, so it might be cold if they don’t fix the heater when the winter comes.

Value for money”

I booked a room with shared bathroom. There was a small shower and basin in the room which made things much more convenient. Bathroom was cleaned every day and I believe shared only by the third floor residents. The windows do not sound proof from the obnoxiously loud tourists (and a dog that wouldn't stop barking) so do bring ear plugs. If you are a very light sleeper you may want to look into further interiors.Other than that, it's close to pretty much everything and bunch of trattorias nearby. The bakery next door has excellent and cheap coffee and pastries if you want to start your day on a light and quick note. Restaurant adjacent had a wonderful three course menu for 17 EUR which also a bargain in the area. Note that Google Maps gives a strange direction to get there--shows up as 2 mins walking from the bus station which is not correct. There's a red dot to the right of the google maps location which is actually the right address. Don't ask me why, technology is not perfect.

Great location”

The location is great, very close to the station and in the center of Venice. The staff is very friendly and speak a lot of languages. The best way to get there is to cross the Scalzi Bridge and follow the canal. The room was a bit old but good enough, and even had fridge. The only negative points are that there's no elevator, and that the rooms don't have toilet.

We are honeymooners and it was great experience in Venice and albergo Cass is a very good place to stay the location is very good not crowded as San Marco the good is good and not experience near the hotel.... Nicola was so helpful...the room is clean...when we get back to Venice we will stay there ...it's near from the water bus just 5 min walk and it's not far from train station... about 15 min walk to San Marco ...we loved the place
