Perfect stay with great hosts ”
We stayed almost 1 week in March 2019. It was a great stay with very lovely hosts! The room was perfect with nice inventory and very clean. You get coffee, soap, shampoo, towels, etc. The room was cleaned up daily. We rented a scooter at the guesthouse and you can also book tours there. We had a great time at Andawa Lanta House and we will definitely come back again :) greetings from Germany! Adrian & Alexandra

One of the best place I ever stayed in thailand”
Family run hotel.. But very professional. Oub and his mom are very friendly and helpful.. Swimming pool is great and has jacuzzi included. Restaurants and shops.. 7/11 Tesco lotus. Pharmacy etc only 5 minutes walk.. But you can rent a motorbike at the hotel.. Rates as same for tour are much more convenient at the hotel. Breakfast served on the patio of your room.. Just 3 Mt from swimming pool. I give 10 to this hotel and I would surely comeback.. And I surely reaccomend

Great cozy experience in a small resort”
A really nice spot 3mn from the beach by bike - but away from the other tourist resorts. We definitely enjoyed the "family business" spirit of the place : not a lot of rooms, so you really feel like at home. The facilities are perfectly clean and well maintained and the staff always ready to help you for anything.

Enjoyed our stay here so much we extended twice! Really helpful owners who speak good English and helped us book tours for a fair price. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the resort is a 10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again :)

We stayed 9 nights in total and it was perfect Pros : squeaky clean, big comfortable bed, big room, bathroom has a separated shower from the toilet (which is quite rare in Thailand), hot water good water pressure Room cleaned everyday upon request Little terrasse outside every room with chairs and a table Pool is very clean also Close to Tuesday and Friday market (within walking distance) Very good location actually to visit all the island, it’s in the center, so good to go to old town, the south bays and the north ! Very convenient with a motorbike One restaurant next by on the left (2min walk) which is very good and very cheap so it was perfect ! Cons : nothing really! Except you don’t have a lot of restaurant choices around, you have to walk 1km to go to the beach and the moo 6 village (restaurants, shops) Unbeatable price quality !!! We will definitely come back !!

We had a great stay here, the room was lovely and very clean. The pool was perfect & the staff were very accommodating. We rented a scooter from the hotel with ease. 2 bottles of free water a day & free tea and coffee.

Great place to stay close to Klong Nin Beach on a budget!”
What a nice place, staff were super friendly and helpful, went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. Great value for money, the place is pretty new. Not really close to the beach, but if you rent a motorbike it is just perfect!

Clean room, very friendly and accommodating staff”
We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The room was big, clean and had a nice seating area looking out onto a garden. The staff were amazing from start to finish. We booked a scooter and the 4 island trip through reception. No issues at all and would highly recommend. The hotel is close to the beach, 7eleven and ATM/Money exchange.

Great place, helpful staff, lovely pool.”
Stayed here for 3 nights whilst in Koh Lanta. Location is out of the way but a close enough walk to the beach front (around 10 mins). Staff were really helpful and friendly, they sorted out our transfers and bikes for a decent price. Pool was lovely and right next to our rooms. Rooms nice and clean. Would deffo stay again.

Wonderful place near Khlong Nin”
Super nice rooms, big, comfortable and quiet. The landscaping was very nice and lush, great to return to after being down at beach. The staff were wonderful, always offering help or free fruits. A bit of a hot, dusty trudge along busy road (still being rebuilt) to get to restaurants, cafes, stores and beaches, 15-20 mins. Strong recommendation!

Definitely is a good choice if you are looking for basic and clean room. 10mins walk to the beach, breakfast included, the staffs were helpful and friendly. They also helped us to book a retun tickets back to Phuket which is reasonable price.

Can be much better ”
The hôtel is nice, but really close to a big road. We were very disappointed the first day when you can't even talk because a big truck is driving in front of your hotel. But when you forget that, the hotel is nice, the room are big, the staff nice even if they have to improve English. The pool is perfect. The cleaning can be better. They just making your bed and cleaning a bit the bathroom. But for the price it has to be much better than this. So I recommend this place but to make forger the road, at list the other service should be perfect....

Good value, good pool, okay location ”
Basic room, nice pool and about a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The windows in the bathroom you can’t close so had an issue with bugs and cockroaches in the night, had to block the windows with towels. They would only need to put a netting across to stop this! We had asked to do some laundry, was told to take it before 12pm the next day, went to collect it that afternoon and it was sat in the same place and the guy in the front desk had fallen asleep and just left it outside. WiFi is not great either but this could be the location it is in.
