New Year's getaway”

This was an excellent location for sightseeing in Sedona. It was near excellent shopping and restaurants. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Would go there again.

Sedona & Arabella hotel is really worth going ”

We had an amazing view from our balcony of our comfortabel room. The beds sleeps fantastic & the bedlinnen is lovely soft. I wish I had them at home! The swimming pool and jacuzzi is really nice. Behind the hotel is a lovely short walk to a sunset / sunrise point and you can start different walks from there. The breakfast had a lot of variations. My children loved the patatoes & spicy sausages & I liked the Greek yoghurt with fresh fruit : blueberries, blackberries, raspberries & strawberries… I love to come back to Sedona & Arabella again

Additional Resort Fee”

I Definitely was NOT happy to leaned that I had to pay an additional $21 daily resort fee. Hotel listing forgot to mention that! With the additional costs…the hotel was not worth the cost.

Overpriced!! And the breakfast included was more like a cheap substitute. No hot options. I could’ve gone into a convenience store and had a better breakfast. Not worth the $350 per night room.

Amazing option!”

This is an older facility which has been renovated with beautiful touches. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Every. One. The rooms are modest in size. Beyond that, the grounds and pools are immaculate and well maintained. Nice decorative touches everywhere. An amazing concierge in Jackie and a lovely breakfast included. Also offered interesting programs like wine tasting, live music and a star gazing lecture. They truly have transformed a formerly modest facility into something 4 to 4.5 stars.

Delighted with our choice in Arabella”

Sweet little place in a great area. Easy to get around. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Room convenient for travel companion with breathing issues. LOVED the unmentioned handheld shower head in the tub!! Great view of pool, but not so much for sunset or sunrise. Parking directly in front of room door made it so easy for me to move luggage myself. Regretfully, it was to windy and chilly to use the pool or firepits. Which were just outside our patio door. Went past some of the other hotels I was considering and was glad I chose the Arabella!!!

We stayed for nights. The view from hotel is great. And its restaurant was great , moreover, A room service lady ( I believe her name was Anna) , she was very kind and attentive to our needs. We felt very comfortable. We will be definitely coming back to the hotel.

Inflated room rates”

We stayed there for 3 nights. As vegan/vegetarians, the breakfast options were inadequate. Yes, it is Sedona, prices are expected to be sky high but for the money people pay, they expect to be able to find something to eat beyond just fruits. The room was dark too. However, the staff were helpful but it would be nice if they made eye contact, smiled, and greeted guests (who are actually paying for the stay). The location was nice but as with the rest of the place, you would be driving around in a car anyway.

Trip to Sedonna”

The hotel is all good except the air conditioner is too old and noisy. When it is on, it gives a big sound which is annoying when sleeping.

Great place to stay”

Lovely rooms with a balcony and decent size bathroom. Within walking distance to a convenience store and free parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Comfortable”

This hotel is undergoing new management and new branding. Many things had the old hotel name/brand on them. Service at the front desk was very friendly, but extremely slow. The wait time to check in was 45 minutes to an hour, even in the middle of the afternoon. Check out was also slow, with no queue. It is located in the town, so there are many restaurants and shops nearby. They offer free WiFi, which was strong and stable. There are also free bicycle rentals if you don't have a car. The trailhead rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, with a whirlpool tub and balcony (but no view). You can hear talking and the shower from adjacent rooms. The restaurant, Elote, is supposedly one of the top Mexican restaurants in the country, but there is about a 3 or 4 hour wait time and the food, for the wait, is only mediocre. Still, a good choice if you are looking for a central location.

Comfortable place to dtsy in Sedona”

Easy to find on the outskirts of Sedona, the hotel was clean and comfortable, with reasonable free WiFi. There were a couple of decent looking restaurants and a small Irish pub within a few hundred yards of the hotel or, as I did, you could walk into the centre of Sedona in 15 minutes for other alternatives.

Good Enough for Sightseeing”

This was an inexpensive hotel with matching facilities. The room was just enough to sleep and continue our touring. The staff was very junior and did not know how to handle simple deviations from routine. They lost our cold water packs we left in their freezer.
