Best place!”
we stayed here 14 days. Children 4,5years and 7 month old. It was the perfect place! The staff were all SO welcoming, helpful and friendly. We had the beach side/pool front roon BS2 and the location was great. Right infront of the pool and beach. Breakfast was good. Toast, jam, nutella, sausage and your choice of eggs. Juice, coffe, water etc. We only had breakfast and lunch there. Pad thai, pizza, sandwich etc. Very good. I talked to other guests there. They were not as happy as us, but I feel they were complaining about such small meeningless things. This is not a 5 star hotel! But you know that when you order. We are more than happy, and did not want to leave. The massage team were also wonderful! Ploy was a godess with my bad neck and shoulders. The rest of the staff always smiled and said hello. They loved our baby, and he absolutly loved them. He sometimes wouldnt eat unless they played with him. I wish I could give 10 stars <3

Great family resort! We stayed here for 10 nights in March. All the staff are really friendly, helpful and great with kids. Amazing location right on the beach. Good little playground next to the restaurant so you can eat whilst the kids play. We all loved the breakfast and the food at the restaurant was also good. We stayed in a bungalow by the pool which was a good size and had everything we needed for a family of four. We would recommend this place and hope to come back.

Excellent Family Friendly Accom”
We absolutely loved our time here and wished we’d booked for longer. It was full of other families with young children and the facilities for kids were excellent, they were constantly entertained. The breakfast was great, the staff absolutely warm and welcoming and the location is so perfect for families with young children. We barely left the beach. The rooms are quite tired though and very, very basic and ours was full of mosquitos at night time even though we kept the doors shut. Take repellent.

Amazing”
While the accomodation is simple it is clean and practical. The location and facilities are tremendous. Our family with 4 adults and 2 young kids love it. The sunset view is not to be missed.

Wonderful”
This place was magic for us. Perfect location. The accommodation is fairly simple so you are paying more for the location and facilities than luxurious rooms. The staff were wonderful. Breakfast is right on the beach. The pool and play area are great for the kids. Many restaurants along the beach.

Villa at front of the beach was great. Very quiet and relaxing area at the end of klong dao beach. Staff was very helpful and nice.

Perfect place for kids ”
We stayed for 14 days with 6 year old kids. They loved the pool and playground which makes this place unique along Khlong Dao Beach. Breakfast is good and staff is friendly. The pool is ok but needs more daily cleaning. Rooms could use some repainting etc but are still good value for price. Rooms are very close to beach and beach restaurants. For more value restaurants- I would recommend the ones along the main road. All in all a very nice visit!

The hut and especially the bathroom facilities in the cabin need to be mainained. The tap was not fixed and the water was leaking, so we had water all over. Besides that the waterdrain of the shower wasn't at the deepest point, so the water couldn't drain. Staff very friendly and helpful, pool and playground facilities perfect for our 5 year old daughter!

Not worth the money, too many children”
We spent one night here when we landed in Koh Lanta because the photos looked phenomenal. Don’t be fooled, if you aren’t here with your children, you get a room in the back that clearly doesn’t get utilized enough. I found a white spider laying spider eggs ON MY PILLOW, i was left used shampoo as toiletries, the toilet seat was filthy, and our drinking glasses looked like they weren’t cleaned for a few guests. They have a child’s play area by the pool which completely deterred us from wanting to hang out poolside. They do offer 20% off massages on the beach so we paid 240b for a one hot oil massage, it was amazing! It’s definitely not worth the $40/night we spent here. The breakfast was great though and definitely enjoyed my morning meal but otherwise, there’s places a lot better for a lot less.

Honestly you can get far more better hotels for that money around, this hotel should reconsider their pricing by cutting 50%. Only two things saves the hotel from death is location in beach front and the pool. The hotel itself is missing renovation long time ago. Room did not have any wardrdobe or shelves to put clothes or anything else, we kept all our stuff in our bags for 5 days, WIFI was not working in the room only in restaurant or close to it. Breakfast was sooooo decent it is not worth to pay for it just go few meters near to any of restaurants. Staff was very kind but it did not make me feel better. As well as hotel should indicate separately that this is a place were only families with small children stay, I love children but I am having a vacation without mine so it would be important to know that not for couples.

Clean and friendly”
We were there in the end of the off-season and had the place pretty much to ourselves, so your experience might differ. Very clean, very friendly, right at a good beach, got upgraded to a sea view room for no additional fee because it was empty. No complaints!

Hospitable and Attentive To Our Needs”
It was super low season when we went and we were the only ones there maybe after a week. What I loved was how helpful, welcoming and accommodating the owner and staff were. We made a last minute booking and arrived within 3 hours of making the booking but as soon as we arrived they made sure they cleaned the pool. They offered us a slightly bigger room because we had two kids. And she was super flexible with our check out time considering that there was no urgency to vacate the room for other guests. To me it’s these small gestures which reflect and awareness and desire to serve better which I love. There’s a mini children playground, a wring from a tree which the kids loved. Simple, accommodating and helpful would be three words I use to describe the staff and place.

Small room and toilet constantly blocking. Pool not clean and we had stinging eyes after swimming. Watch out for a large komoda dragon on the premises.

Nice stay and quite beach”
Good location for family. Staff was very good to help in any requests throughout our stay. They were friendly. Room is close to beach but water pipe in the bathroom not in good condition.

Great location and outdoor space. But the room not that cosy”
everything was great except the following not enough light at the bathroom no place to leave your staff at the bathroom No room cleaning unless you put the sign on the door I woke up with a big tarantula spider on my pillow! The breakfast was very poor An no hair dryer or mirrow except the one at the bathroom but with poor lightning

Don't believe the room description or the photos they are long out of date. The garden is overgrown and scruffy, the room was dirty and in need of refurbishment, breakfast consisted of two eggs and a coffee, juice if you were lucky, the staff are disorganised and leaderless.
