Rooms are generously sized, front desk staff (Michelle?) was kind and friendly and helpful, huge deck with ocean view, our room was right next to the pool which was awesome for my kids (9,11), great continental breakfast, gym had free weights, cable machine, bike, treadmills (2), and ski machine. Overall, it had everything we needed!

The hotel is located is a nice spot, the facilities were nice, parking inside, and the whole stay was pleasant. Cleanliness could be improved, particularly toilets, but overall was great.

Rude staff, sometimes unmasked, bare bones for breakfast-2 bananas for everyone- sliding door and entry door to room not working properly Handyman kept trying his best to fix broken things Management does not seem to care.

Everything was fantastic. The staff was great. The only con was although the linens were clean they were very old. They could use new linens and towels.

The worst front desk customer service I have ever had ”
I booked and paid my room through agoda and upon check-in I was told the hotel didn’t receive a payment and the receptions wanted me to call agoda. I told him that’s B2B issue and not my responsibility. Then they realized I paid with PayPal and told me to call PayPal. Long story shot it took 3 people to check me in and neither one of them knew what they were doing. It gets worse because he kept mentioning room 125 but gave me the keys and wrote a room #325 when we went to room 325 the key didn’t work. We then went and tried 125 because he kept mentioning it and the key didn’t work. My husband went back to front desk and found out that he coded the key for 225. The guy didn’t apologize and barely talked the whole time. We went back to 325 got in and found out the room was occupied with someone else’s belongings. Back at the front desk again we finally got the right room # and it’s was 125. The receptionist didn’t even apologize, crossed over the number 325 and handed us the key. Awful!

Updated and Affordable”
This hotel has received a fresh new look with updated amenities. The front desk staff was polite, courteous, and efficient. The rooms are clean and they all have wonderful ocean views. The world-class beach is within walking distance, and if that isnt enough, there is a pool and spa on premise. Complimentary breakfast on the patio was also a wonderful surprise. This is a fantastic place for anybody traveling through the San Diego region looking for a relaxing place to stay.

Not a nice place to stay”
Welcome in a garage, underground with a closed restaurant upfront. Dirty swimming pool and spa Noisy roads right below and much cheaper motel down the same road with a view on the balcony + a useful and sunny balcony... Staff useless

Je suis très contente de mon choix! L'hôtel est tout près de la plage, de l'épicerie et restaurant. La piscine est superbe et calme. L'endroit est très reposant avec toutes la végétation. Le déjeuner était correct, il manque un peu de fruits et choix santé! Le lit était très confortable, attention par contre les chambres avec portes communicantes sont un peu moins isolés. J'y retournerais certainement :))) merci
